Overall, we are very satisfied with the care provided; all the carers are friendly and interact well.
We do find the times vary, mostly in the evenings, sometimes it can be 5-15, other times 7.

Leah and the team at Visiting Angels were wonderful to work with, they showed love and dedication to my wife during her illness. their kindness and care helped us both through a very difficult time. True professionals at all times. Cant recommend them enough.

Mum had the most wonderful care from Visiting Angels, they were kind and caring and were a great support to my Dad too. Sadly Mum has since passed but the gentleness, respect and kindness showed on that day was an enormous help.
My Dad was reluctant to get carers in for Mum but now says that it was
the best decision we made and we can't recommend them enough .They were worth every penny.

The carer was great in assisting with our father at his doctors appointment making notes about medication and keeping us all informed. Visiting Angels South Middlesex thank you for being available always to help.

I just want to say a big thank you to Visiting Angels for the wonderful support they gave my husband after his recent hospital stay.
He's been feeling much weaker than usual, so having someone there to take him to his appointment made all the difference.
It was such a relief knowing he was
in safe, caring hands and that he got there on time without any stress.
It really gave me peace of mind, and we're both so grateful for the kindness and care shown. Thank you again - it truly meant a lot to us!

My brother and I were so pleased to find Visiting Angels as we needed to find a carer at short notice who could accompany our mother from her care home to a hospital appointment and back. The carer arrived punctually and excellent in looking after our mother's needs over a long day, and our mother
was very happy. The administration from the office was excellent and we would definitely recommend this service.

Our Visiting Angel (VA) comes to take my mother out for a couple of hours on a regular basis. This gives us full time carers at home some respite and it is a wonderful opportunity for mum to socialise. Mum gets on really well with our VA he is punctual, friendly, good fun, unfailingly considerate
and kindhearted. He is always thinking of different places to take Mum and she feels safe and cared for at all times. The overall service has been impressive and we know we can rely on Visiting Angels which is extremely reassuring. I would like to add the communication with the team has been excellent.

From the first day to now we have been extremly pleased with the help that we have needed all of the staff are very polite and helpful nothing is to much trouble.

Just wanted to leave a review for the compassionate, loving and dedicated carers team at Visiting Angels namely, one staff member in particular being the main carer and 2 other staff members.
Our dad was a 94 year old dementia patient and sadly, recently passed away.
We as a family, wanted to
Thank them all for the great love, care and understanding they showed our dad whilst caring for him.
The main carer for dad, had a wonderful, compassionate personality and a lot of passion and dedication for his job. He always arrived with a big smile and a hearty laughter.
They were all, always very respectful, calm and patient with a lot of empathy and understanding and being a dementia patient, this would put dad at ease straight away. The qualities required to be excellent carers came through naturally in the team and we couldn't have asked for more caring, compassionate and loving people to be caring for our dad. It has all been very much appreciated by the family!!

I enjoy seeing my carers. Have had Visiting Angels for several years and are the best company I have had. All help me with my condition and make me comfortable and enjoy their chats.

Our 'Angel' always turns up promptly and is unfailingly friendly and courteous but also deferential. He complies with any requests we have, carries our luggage to the door and is very helpful and good company. We look forward to his visits each Wednesday. My husband is not easy to please but
Visiting Angels are just perfect.

The ladies that came to see my Mum and cook for her were very friendly. Even though my Mum didn't know them, she says very happy to see them.
They were on time and spent the full hour with Mum. Completed all the tasks that were asked of them with no trouble.
When there was a problem they contacted
me promptly and we made things right straight away.
The carers were also available at short notice.
Very impressed with the service. Will definitely use them again when Mum's normal carer is away.

Really excellent reliable Service. It's never easy having strangers in your home but the lovely friendly staff make this so much easier.
My mum enjoys having a chat with them and listening to their stories.

Overall a very good job has been done. The only thing to date that I have pointed out is that if my appointment is changed in any way, that I am informed. That could be the carer, the time, etc. Otherwise, well done!

I love Visiting Angels. The service I received was outstanding, I cannot fault them. The carer is amazing. Thank you. I spent the day at the local hospital having an operation on my right ankle, he was there for me. Thank you.

Visiting Angels provides wonderful care at home for my wife, who has dementia, and I. Our carer gives her exercise at home, takes her for walks and helps with all the domestic work that she and I can no longer manage.

We were very impressed with the company from when the manager visited us to discuss the type of care that my wife needed, he listened to my wife and arranged her care, he also selected the carers that felt would be better for her needs. They have been looking after for two weeks and her well-being
has improved a lot, we are both very impressed with the service that we have received, well done.

Dad's carers have been excellent. He feels more confident to do daily tasks with a Visiting Angels carer there to help when needed. He and myself feel his carers are supportive, helpful and very patient with him, especially as he has Parkinson's and has slowed down a lot. It's comforting to the
family knowing he has someone there to help him when he is struggling.
