Faith's Walk first became involved with this elderly lady with dementia when we needed four visits a day for six weeks to put eye drops in after a cataract operation. They enhanced her life so much that they stayed through the operation for the second eye and thereafter. They administered blister
pack medication, microwaved meals, assisted with personal hygiene and, most importantly, provided company. This lady would not have been at home for the last year and a half if it had not been for the care Faith's Walk provided. There were many emergencies and shocks generated by this client along the way. Faith's Walk unfailingly stepped in and dealt with the situation. They escalated issues appropriately. They were always available at the other end of the phone and arrived in person at zero notice on more than one occasion when needed. The care workers are friendly, capable and trustworthy in my experience. Faith's Walk was also generous with their advice and support to me.

Peace of mind has been restored ever since the wonderful Faith's Walk Team have been supporting my brother. The office is always available to listen to our needs. The carers are always so caring, kind conscientious, and attentive. They know his needs and have made a big difference to his health and
daily life.
My brother feels supported and knows the carers and feels safe with them.
I would definitely recommend Faith's Walk.

My sister and I are extremely happy with the carers who look after our mother. They are extremely patient with her and have soon learnt her likes and dislikes! They are very attentive to Mum, and if they feel something is wrong with her health, we are immediately informed. We would certainly
recommend Faith Walk as being an excellent care company.

All staff from first contact to care staff were polite and helpful. Communication was spot on and when extra care was needed it was provided in a very timely fashion with no fuss. The care provided was excellent and the care staff were very helpful and diligent.

My wife and I are very happy with the carers supplied by Faith's Walk Healthcare. My wife is happy and I have complete confidence that they are doing their very best in caring for her and her needs. For both of us having Christian carers makes all the difference.

I found this company totally professional and understanding. They arranged my assessment within 24 hours and had the cover in place just hours after that. This helped with my confidence for my discharge from hospital the following day knowing there would be help on hand when I arrived home.
The
staff were kind, polite and most of all very professional and caring.
