I am very happy with the care I have received, so much so that I am currently trying to organise care for my husband using this company.
The carers are very helpful and on several occasions have exceeded expectations. The care is personalised and my views are always taken into consideration. The
carers are always reliable and arrive promptly. Several of the carers have taken an interest in my rehabilitation and encourage me to do my physiotherapy exercise so it isn't just about day to day care but also well-being and independence.
The office staff are lovely and always happy to answer questions and they are always helpful if I have requests.
The Director and management take feedback if need be and always try to ensure that the service meets my needs.

Oice Support Services provided live-in care for my Mother-in-law for 7 months up to her death in February 2026. Her carers provided live-in care for 2 weeks out of every 4 - they were professional, trustworthy, warm, patient and very kind to an elderly lady (aged 104) with advanced dementia who was
not always easy to look after as she would wander at night time, was a falls risk, and could become very distressed and confused. Her carers went above and beyond to make sure that Mum was comfortable and happy, they were sensitive to her needs and moods and we almost felt like they became part of the family. They kept careful records, administered medication meticulously and were always swift to update family with any issues. I cannot fault Oice's services and their help enabled us to keep Mum in the comfort of her own home where everything was familiar until the end of her life - we could not have coped without their invaluable and reliable help.

The care team looked after my step dad who was needed end of life care were beyond amazing. I am an RMN working in older people services. All the carers involved with my step dad were really professional always maintained Tom dignity at all times he always looked comfortable clean and clean shaven
they ensured all the little things were made I.portant cleaning his nails brushing his teeth making sure he always had a drink within his reach. Even when dressing asked him if he preferred dayclothing or pyjamas. The carers always made sure he had something to eat however small always ensuring they spoke to myself or my mum about how he was or how he had eaten. Tom's care was never rushed and he was always made to feel important and not just another patient. Tom always did a thumbs up for the carers and made him smile.I feel as a nurse due to the amazing care team Tom was able to have a comfortable and dignified end to his life Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Overall good staff who visit great staff in office not as good sometimes, when ring no answer and don't ring bag, would be issue if emergency but overall good company.

Absolutely amazing company. They go above and beyond to support and listen to any requests. Nothing is to much for them. They are extremely prompt and the carers are so supportive and caring i always look forward to the visits. All I can add is THANK YPU!

Oice Scarborough branch. Care provided was appalling there was no respect, no dignity no compassion, and the two that came everyday was rude, didn't follow her needs, no nothing for an end of life patient, and leaving mum in pain and in tears after not using the slide sheet and moved her about like
a rag doll, even after telling them loads of time to use the slide sheet they didn't always do it. They was no sooner in the house and gone within 15 minutes and to care for an end of life person takes longer to provide the care she needed and the time they was supposed to be here was 1/2 hour per day, excuses to car broken down several occasions. Coming to the house with aprons and gloves already on. This company wants shutting down, end of. After complaints and a safeguard put in place they didn't even have the respect to apologise. This experience has left me angry since mum passed away Oct 2024. Others should know and not have the same done to them what she and I had to deal with everyday.

Several months ago Mum came home from hospital unable to walk, confused and depressed. She was 90 and up until this point independent. That first evening waiting for her carers she was scared and shaking at the thought of two strangers coming to take her to the bathroom etc. Within minutes of them
arriving, they had calmed and reassured her cheerfully, they took care of all her needs with absolute consideration, expertise and kindness. They are still a huge part of my parent's lives, enabling them to stay in their own home but more than that, they have become friends, always treating Mum and Dad (94) with respect and kindness. My siblings and I rest easy knowing they are in such capable hands. Oice you should be very proud.

Wonderful caring ladies. Able to have a laugh and all with them. Came to me as carers, leave as friends. Wonderful.

My father was looked after extremely well, all his needs were met and nothing was ever too much trouble for the carers. I was able to change the length and intervals of care visits very easily with a call to the main office.

The carers have been polite, caring and reliable.

Since our first meeting, when the initial assessment was done, communication has been very good, so issues could be resolved quickly.
The carers are very competent and friendly and manage my husband well. We, the family, are notified of any deterioration/changes regarding his care.
