Genius Care provided the best loving care for my friend for 2 and a half years - initially as home visits and then for 20 months as live in carers. The comparison to the previous carers she'd had was like night and day. On commencing the live-in arrangements they said they wanted to make it like a
mother-daughter relationship. This underestimates the true, loving and lasting family bond I feel we all developed. All staff from management to carers are genuine, loving, caring people who truly want the best outcomes for everyone involved. My friend's last couple of years were the absolute best they could be because of the commitment of Genius Care staff to go above and beyond what I believe anyone would expect. Their professionality and attention to detail is paramount, and even so for me it's their genuine connection on a human level with clients and loved ones that marks them out above the rest. I can never thank them enough and am so glad they were and always will be part of our lives.

Genius Care have provided reliable.services to my wife who has Parkinson's disease for more than 12 months.The carers are kind, caring and very respectful and professional in their approach. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

We started our care journey with Genius Care in June 2024 when my husband's health deteriorated. The care we receive each day is wonderful, all of the staff are very friendly, helpful and caring towards us both, always very cheerful and upbeat, always with a smile. The company are very professional,
easily contactable and always willing to help with any request. I was really struggling to cope myself and to keep my husband at home but Genius Care has made this possible and we look forward to their calls every morning and evening, I would be lost now without them.
Genius Care also provides a sitting service which allows me a couple of afternoons each week to have a break away from home, I have always felt very confident in each member of staff that has been assigned to sit with my husband knowing they would take great care in my absence. Thank you.

We started using Genius Care because Mam has dementia and she was losing her mobility. The care we received was excellent all the carers were always happy to see us.
I received invaluable support from Genius Care even though they were really there for Mam.
I knew I could call when having a melt
and the most important thing I knew someone would always answer.
Thank you Genius Care for being there to help me through the hard yards. I really couldn't have done it without you all.

I was delighted with the care given to my mum. Carers were respectful and attentive, often going "the extra mile", for example, ringing later in the day after a morning visit when mum hadn't felt well, and more recently, visiting her in hospital. Communication between myself and Mum's carers was
easy and I always felt she was really well looked after. I can't thank Genius Care enough.

We have used Genius Care for over a year now and are extremely happy with them. They provide care for my mum and are always friendly, polite and full of smiles. The care they provide to Mum is of a very high standard and we have a lovely team looking after her.

I was unsure about this company with them being relatively new and having no reviews to read. However, since they started caring for my mother everything has gone extremely well so far. Very respectful and attentive to her care and well-being. Very happy so far.
