All care staff are caring take time to know their client, they are friendly, cheerful they make you feel comfortable your not just another task,always checking if you need anything else ,asking how your day has been. Would recommend company and staff to anybody.

Very efficient service from the beginning. Massive plus for our family is the 4 key carers who visit. My dad has dementia and continuity of a carer is very important. They are always very helpful and polite and treat my dad with respect. They are always punctual and have never just not 'turned up' in the last 12 months. The office and management staff are also very helpful and respond to my queries. Thank you.

I have been on my holidays for 3 nights and 4 days. Unicare solutions was arranged via Lancashire County Council. My husband has a lot of needs and I couldn't have left him on his own they came in 4 times a day and really good and professional and seen to my husband needs. The main carer is an excellent bloke keep up the good work.. And thank you so much to the other carer that came in.

Lovely pleasant staff. Always on time. Smart and tidy. They always ask how I am and what I would like help with. Jobs are always done to a high speck. She always chats to my family and asks how their day has been. I couldn't ask for of any more. I'm very pleased.

Unikare promised me that they would do better than the last company I had. In short, they did nothing of the sort. Whilst they were wooing me, they sent their best carers. Sometimes 2 or 3 at once. A carer came to my house and listened to me. He made me feel at ease. Unfortunately, that was all his part in my care over and done with. I could never reach him. My text messages were left unread and my concerns never heard or acted upon. Carers shrunk my son's clothes (they're not supposed to do anything for my son, he's a grown man) and bleached his and my clothes. Both very expensive mistakes. My son is 6ft tall so his clothes are expensive. No recompense offered for his or my clothes. However, it was the feeling of being used as a training exercise for new carers that got me in the end. A new carer every week who had no clue of what caring for sick/disabled people entailed. Yes we get angry. However, it's not unjustified.

I find the carers reliable and always on time. they treat me with respect and they are good at what they do. they are always nice.

My carers are all lovely, they do their Job and always always ask if I need anything else before they leave. They are polite, caring and professional. The office staff are and always deal with my queries. The boss comes and personally to check now and then to check I'm happy and if theres anything else I need. I'm very lucky to hove them.

My wife's care has been excellent. The carers are friendly and helpful. They stick to the agreed times and do everything expected of them. The company are flexible in arranging everyday visits and altering timings at short notice. I cannot thank them enough.

Unikcare have been providing an exemplary home care service for my elderly father for over a year. I can't recommend them enough. They are courteous, kind, polite, friendly, patient and reliable. They are all so amazing and so kind and respectful towards my ailing father treating him with compassion and dignity. I know he is also extremely happy with the service they provide.

Unikcare Solutions provided care for my sibling A, supporting them despite numerous challenges and worked very hard to build a relationship with them and improve their situation. The carers were kind, supportive, thoughtful and respectful both to my sibling and to myself whenever I had cause to speak to them. Well done and I wish you every success in the future

Exceptional, dependable care throughout Mum's long illness, allowing her to remain comfortable and safe at home. We are especially grateful for the care and support given to both Mum and us, her family, during her final days. It helped so much in such difficult times.

My husband came home from hospital on end of life care. Two carers, four times daily and one overnight were needed. Unikcare was the only agency able to supply this. The carers were always on time. They were efficient in their work and so kind and reassuring to my husband and myself. I cannot speak highly enough of these wonderful and dedicated people.

I am just getting used to this invaluable service Unikcare Solutions provide. Unique is the only word to describe the staff at Unikcare Solutions. I can't thank the staff enough for their valued time and effort they put into their work. I have also seen an improvement in my own mental health recently. Waffles all around and coffee for a birthday treat, you should never have to work on your birthday.

I went abroad and recruited them for my brother for one week. He only really needed checking on. They provided excellent service, turned up on time, very pleasant staff, will use again in the future if required.

The carers in my instance have been excellent. Prompt and reliable in all instances. The carers were helpful and pleasant in their work giving a relaxed feeling to their job to make me feel comfortable and secure doing anything. I could not say too much for their work and care.

The Unikcare team stepped in when my mum's previous carers let her down. They visited her in the evening and then seamlessly took over the next day. The team were professional, kind and caring in very difficult circumstances. My mum's needs were very complex but the carers were never phased and always thorough and gentle. I can't thank them enough!

Amazing care. Lovely people. The change in a month's care has meant that has left his flat for a walk for the first time in years. Their calm way of care has changed the anxiety that was there before. I cannot praise enough.
