Thank you Sufia. We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. When we started providing you with our care you told us that you had tried multiple care companies and none of them were good enough for you. We were in constant communication with you and your social worker whenever issues were raised and we would try to look for the best solutions. We changed carers at your request but there was still many issues raised practically on each visit. It was also difficult for us to keep on respond to your multiple phone calls and text messages daily all the time especially when a lot of they were inappropriate. We tried our very best but unfortunately we could not meet your needs and demands. We are not sure why you keep reposting your review considering we stopped providing our services to you nearly a year ago in June 2024 it is now April 2025, we hope you have found the care that suits you.
Thank you very much we really appreciate your honest feedback. This positive feedback helps us get the continued motivation to help those that are in need of our services. Thank you very much.
