The most wonderful, caring people. Always excellent help and care.
I am just getting used to this invaluable service Unikcare Solutions provide. Unique is the only word to describe the staff at Unikcare Solutions. I can't thank the staff enough for their valued time and effort they put into their work. I have also seen an improvement in my own mental health recently. Waffles all around and coffee for a birthday treat, you should never have to work on your birthday.
I went abroad and recruited them for my brother for one week. He only really needed checking on. They provided excellent service, turned up on time, very pleasant staff, will use again in the future if required.
The carers in my instance have been excellent. Prompt and reliable in all instances. The carers were helpful and pleasant in their work giving a relaxed feeling to their job to make me feel comfortable and secure doing anything. I could not say too much for their work and care.
The Unikcare team stepped in when my mum's previous carers let her down. They visited her in the evening and then seamlessly took over the next day. The team were professional, kind and caring in very difficult circumstances. My mum's needs were very complex but the carers were never phased and always thorough and gentle. I can't thank them enough!
Amazing care. Lovely people. The change in a month's care has meant that has left his flat for a walk for the first time in years. Their calm way of care has changed the anxiety that was there before. I cannot praise enough.
The Unikcare team are by far the best home carers we have ever met. The initial needs assessment was accurate was taken into account. The carers are prompt, thorough and never seem rushed. They are all kind and take their work seriously - they genuinely seem to care about the comfort and well-being of the client and go above and beyond the basics. All the team are gentle with the client and very clean and neat in everything they do. We are very pleased that we found Unikcare and hope we can continue with the same team.
The care is excellent, but the times of the visits are not always the same.

I've been using Unikcare Solutions since March, when I started to need some extra help and support at home during my 6-months of outpatient chemotherapy. They provide me with four visits a day, using a small, friendly, professional and caring team of lovely ladies. They are all reliable and punctual, and adaptable to my changing requirements for meals, medications and personal care. They are really helping me through a difficult time with humour and kindness.

This company has kept their promise to maintain carer continuity. This is important because the client, my husband, has dementia. Complete a monthly care plan review in person. Staff always arrive on time wearing PPE., are always polite and ensure that they interact with the client, despite his communication difficulties. Go above and beyond designated tasks.
