Although we had a fairly short relationship with Flexibeau Care due to Mum having to go into a care home, we were so happy with the service provided by the team. Nothing was too much trouble, the team were clearly experienced, friendly, cheerful and looked after Mum really well. If we had to tweak
times, this was no problem, and we were kept up-to-date with any issues or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Flexibeau Care - 5 star service.

Friendly professional company, trained and competent carers.
Carers communication with the client and family is professional and friendly.
Client visits are on time,notification sent if carers are running late.

All of the girls from FlexiBeau Care have been great with our mum. We started their visits a few months ago during the week and at weekends. We then increased the hours because we could see the enjoyment she had with them, she would then talk about their visits after they have left. Next day she
would say "Who is coming today"! We also are able to have a break which helps a lot.

Management very helpful, carers very caring and always pleasant, any question we need answered carers or Management have helped us.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for help with their family

FlexiBeau came into my late mothers life at a point of crisis, having previously had very erratic, unreliable home care, which had made her very anxious. The team of carers worked with her anxiety and health conditions, in order to re-establish a personal care routine.
The reliability and
attention to her personal needs, that they supplied were beyond that which we could have hoped for. As we planned for mum's return home from a hospital stay, FlexiBeau provided much needed reassurance that they would re-evaluate her care needs and help us with changes which would be needed. Unfortunately, Mum never made it home but we remain forever grateful for the reassurance that they provided at what was an extremely stressful time.
From a very practical perspective... they always answer their phones... not something that the previous care company did. Absolutely no hesitation in 100% recommending them.
