My wife is bedridden and not the easiest of people to get on with, and we have been together over 40 years so I know how she can be. She was very against being cared for at the start, to the point that she was rude, but the team of carers that she has are fantastic and love and trust them as much as family. When I hear them in with her, I hear joy and laughter, which is most important for lifting her spirits. They are accommodating and can switch shifts if we have to go out early or come back late. I can not fault them in any way, They are my angels and yes men are angels too. I cannot recommend them too highly.

My friend has both severe mental health issues and physical health issues. The managers of Innovative Start have gone to the trouble of matching her with carers who have special skills in mental health, carers who kind, sensitive , calm, empathetic & genuinely caring, yet able to be firm when necessary. Her carers are exceptionally hard working, truly dedicated, have a sense of humour and lovely warm smiles. I am watching with delight as my friend is steadily becoming more relaxed & more confident, indeed she changing from having been depressed to becoming happy. I am certain that this change is largely due to the exceptional life-changing care that she is receiving from the crew at Innovative Start Both management & carers go over and above the call of duty, combining the wonderful traditional ethos of tender loving care with up-to-the-minute knowledge and skills. I can't recommend them highly enough.

For fantastic care, Innovative Start is where you must start. This company has been nothing but exceptional, with care, consideration and planning for the service users' needs. Highly recommend, would use it again.

I have had excellent care from my care agency. They have shown flexibility in providing my care due to my belly and my hospital appointments for numerous admissions. I am grateful for their empathy to me.

We have been so pleased with all the carers at Innovative Start, they have come into the family home and engaged with us all. The care they give to my husband is kind, compassionate and tailored to his needs. The management team take on board any changes we might need to make to visits and timings and have been so accommodating and thoughtful to our situation. They are invaluable to us.

The home care is superb and excellent. They are caring and pampering carers. Very thorough in their work. Makes lovely tea and toast and whatever I like in food. Clean my kitchen. Throw away my pads. Clean me. Perfect. I will definitely use Innovative Start, all take time, well mannered, nice to talk to and good timekeepers. The top person is amazing and holds everyone. The top person is caring, kind and bends backwards to please you. They are all fine, very good.
