The care provided by Home Insted is exemplary apart from the change of carers for a specific day!
They did try to introduce me to new carers as they did for the first one but the replacement was not as good!

Home Instead have been great with my elderly mum (who can be very stubborn and set in her ways). The visitors are always professional and report any issues they have or find with my mum. Each visit is reported on individually and we have access to this it gives a feel for what has happened at the
visits.
The office is great at reporting back on any issues or a change in visitor in plenty of time, due to unforeseen circumstances, in order to give my mum heads up.
Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

The director and the whole of her team (too many to name but all included) are fantastic as the son of parents who are being cared for I can only recommend them. For my parents the care, insight and love is amazing, especially for people with dementia. For me a child (of 45) the care, response,
adaptability, feedback, assistance, ability to contact familiar people is amazing and essential.
Nobody wants to employ a carer either primarily or secondary but if you find yourself in that position then Home Instead are a go to.
Should I move from secondary to primary, I might consider moving to Portsmouth so they could look after me!

I cannot thank Home Instead enough for their care and professionalism throughout their time looking after me. I was in a very vulnerable place having lost my husband in July, for whom Home Instead cared for him too, and had to endure three operations recently. They looked after me so well, making
sure I was clean and dressed and generally looking after me during the time they were here. I cannot thank you enough for your care, support and empathy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing care at home. They are amazing. Thank you to a particular member of staff and your team.

We have been using Home Instead for Mum for over a year now. She has morning visits 5 times a week. The level of care, professionalism and support from everyone throughout Home Instead is amazing! Such peace of mind from the app to see what has happened during the day, every carer is different but
all have a common shared value in respecting and supporting and offering assistance where they can. Office staff always helpful and reassuring. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have been using Home Instead (Portsmouth) for the past nine months. We have a carer three times a week for an hour each time. They are always very cheerful and always arrive on time. They carry out his personal care in a very kind, gentle way that my husband really appreciates. They also engage
him in conversation which he enjoys. The whole experience has been very satisfactory.

My grandad has had to have extra care due to a stay in hospital. Home Instead have been patient, caring and thoroughly empathetic.
I cannot praise enough the care professionals who have been supporting him to get back to his old self.

My mum and I have received excellent service and support from our local team. The staff have worked very hard and successfully to develop a good relationship with my mum. I have had amazing support from the management staff and they have spent a considerable amount of time listening and advising me
when any problems have arisen. I wholeheartedly recommend this care provider.

I would highly recommend Home Instead as a care provider as the quality of care is 100%. My parents are both cared for by a great team and there is always continuity in all that they do. They always go above and beyond to ensure my parents are safe and well cared for. They are all very friendly and
I have a good relationship with them to ensure everything is covered. They are second to none and I would never consider anyone else to care for my parents.
