The live in carer that I had for nine days after a hip replacement was excellent. She was very kind and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble. She has enabled me to manage without support as I continue my recovery.

Staff and management good and efficient. All open to suggestions and updates. Care staff caring, supportive and compassionate. All on time and carried out duties efficiently. Willing to take the extra mile. Would be happy to use again if required. Staff aware of the situation repeats etc, with care. Making every success to all in the future.

I was recommended Home Instead by a friend. My dad has now been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. My sister and I needed the reassurance that dad was up, dressed and had eaten breakfast and now he has care twice a day at tea time, this was started almost instantly. Dad has adjusted to the care team. They treat him really nicely, so that it doesn't feel like care. Hopefully, Home Instead will help with our mother once she is back home. Many thanks.

Previously, I would have described their service as good, but not necessarily special. But since Mum's accident, I have been so impressed with the whole team, how they geared up so quickly and efficiently to ensure she could remain in her own home and the level of service and care has really been outstanding.

They did try to introduce me to new carers as they did for the first one but the replacement was not as good!

Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I cannot thank Home Instead enough for their care and professionalism throughout their time looking after me. I was in a very vulnerable place having lost my husband in July, for whom Home Instead cared for him too, and had to endure three operations recently. We have been using Home Instead for Mum for over a year now. She has morning visits 5 times a week. The level of care, professionalism and support from everyone throughout Home Instead is amazing! Such peace of mind from the app to see what has happened during the day, every carer is different but all have a common shared value in respecting and supporting and offering assistance where they can. Office staff always helpful and reassuring. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have been using Home Instead (Portsmouth) for the past nine months. We have a carer three times a week for an hour each time. They are always very cheerful and always arrive on time. They carry out his personal care in a very kind, gentle way that my husband really appreciates. They also engage him in conversation which he enjoys. The whole experience has been very satisfactory.

I would highly recommend Home Instead as a care provider as the quality of care is 100%. My parents are both cared for by a great team and there is always continuity in all that they do. They always go above and beyond to ensure my parents are safe and well cared for. They are all very friendly and I have a good relationship with them to ensure everything is covered.
