I'm a service users currently with routes been wigh them almost 8 years the team of carers that I have are amazing I genuinely love and care for them like family since ive been with them they have helped me gain more and more independence and more confidence im living the best I have in my adult
life (currently 35)
However leadership has always been a problem with office staff turnover being very very high the last manger that left us over the summer really changed things around and got things running as it should however opposed to that we were she set up clear goals and expectations she was here a couple of years now that shes left things are not run as smoothly or as consistent as they were
But the staff do have all the training and I think even a little more then legally required including the very important Oliver training on autism and learning disabilities

Every member of your staff are absolutely amazing. I never have to worry about mum when she is in there care. Everyone of them are happy, respectful and show a lot of care towards my mum. I couldn't ask for a better company they deserve a bonus.

Absolutely love everything about the service. Everyone is amazing and treat us and dad with respect and care.

My wife has had the services and support of Routes Healthcare since May 2021. We have been shown the utmost courtesy and professional support. As my wifes main carer, I too have come to truly appreciate the way we care supported. My wifes condition has been enhanced by the care she has been shown.
The administration staff have also done so much for us over the years. We are very grateful to all concerned. Thank you.
