Would highly recommend this company. We have been using them since April after changing companies due to our previous company being constantly late and not consistent with the carers we received. Umbrella Health Care promised good timekeeping and consistency and they have delivered on both counts.
The carers are professional, friendly and are always on time. I can’t fault the care my dad receives. The communication from the office is very good and they appear to treat their staff well (unlike the other company). Just wish we had changed sooner!

I can thoroughly recommend this company Umbrella Health Care. The staff are almost always on time (traffic permitting). All are very caring and are well-trained in all aspects of their tasks. Also at least five days per week the same carers arrive, so no explanations are required. Well done!
