I have a severely autistic son who is cared for by Ruby Care. They have developed a very close bond with him and are compassionate with genuine concern for his well being. They have devised a Nutrition Plan to ensure he eats well to control his weight and maintains good health. He is regularly taken
for walks and goes swimming every week. They go far beyond what is required with his personal care including mouth washing and applying cream on areas of dry skin. They are always ready to co-operate if extra care is needed and my son has benefitted tremendously by being looked after by them.

I'm incredibly happy with the care and support my dad, receives from Ruby Care. The service has been consistently compassionate, professional, and attentive. I'd especially like to thank those whose kindness and dedication truly stand out. Their thoughtful approach and genuine care make a real
difference in my dad's daily life, and I'm so grateful for everything they do.

Rubycare have been caring for my Mother since December 2023 since she was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia. She was struggling with day to day care, taking her medication and eating regular meals. Rubycare have been invaluable as I live a distance away from my Mother, they keep in regular contact
with me regarding any changes that need to be made to assist her. They have been a tremendous help, taking her to various appointments or to the hairdressers. Nothing has been too much trouble and I know my mother is well cared for.

All of the carers are always pleasant, friendly and extremely competent. Supportive and caring and more than ready to go the extra mile. We are updated on any situation and know we can rely on the service. We really couldn't manage without them.

Searched for care in the home for my mum and found Ruby Care Solutions and what a godsend. Such lovely staff, very caring, reliable and so lovely with my mum. Would highly recommend if you are looking for care in the home for yourself or a relative.

All of the carers do an excellent job and look after my wife with dedication and I treat them as very good friends.

Rubycare are excellent, and treat dad with kindness, respect and dignity. They support him, helping him to retain his independence and also take the time for a chat and listen to his stories and see how he is feeling. They encourage him to drink squash to help him stay hydrated and make sure he
has something to eat with his medication.

Ruby Care have been nothing short of fantastic for us, supporting not only my dad at very short notice but also the rest of the family as well. Their highly professional practical care was backed up with kindness and emotional care that was wonderful, at a point when both were really needed. They
were consistent, flexible to our needs and an astonishingly lucky find. All the staff from the office onwards but especially the management were all so helpful and understanding of our needs and it was a really personal service. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ruby Care was so efficient in everything they did.
Their staff worked with compassion and listen to their patients to make sure their services are accomplished with respect and dignity, which suited my husband's care at that time. I would recommend them to anybody as my husband's well-being really
changed him for the better health-wise.

We have been using Ruby Care for nearly two months now.
We can not fault the carers that we have.
My husband was unsure at first about having a care package as he is a very independent person, but all of his concerns have been removed to the point he looks forward to their visits, which gives me
peace of mind.
Ruby Care come highly recommended from us, and we have actually recommended them to a friend - need I say more?

My mum was cared for with utmost respect and understanding. She suffered from brain cancer which could become quite difficult at times but her carer was always kind and patient. She became part of our family and made mum happy even on difficult days. She not only did the basic things of washing her
and preparing meals but also nice things like painting her nails or playing games with her or looking through photo albums. I think they even did a bit of gardening together. The carer's support meant I could continue working instead of becoming a full-time carer, completely invaluable.

Ruby Care Solutions provide excellent care for my father, treating him with the utmost consideration, dignity and respect whilst attending to his welfare. They also fully engage with family members to make sure that close attention is given to every detail of his care package, particularly ensuring
that there is continuity with the person visiting him. They have made such a difference to our lives. A huge "Thank You" to everyone at Ruby Care.

They offer a brilliant service and are flexible and friendly. Coming to take care of my mum, who has dementia and diabetes and they are always kind and considerate to her needs as well as being well informed of her conditions.
