We found your staff to be very kind and caring. You visited us three times a day and always at very convenient times. The care ladies and the office staff were always very helpful. I really can't think of any complaints. Thank you all very much.

My father received excellent care from Saxon Care for around a year before moving into residential care. The office staff are professional, friendly, helpful and flexible and do their best to support you as a family member. Dad's carers were lovely people who took the time to chat to him (and me if
I was there!) as well as care for his needs. He was treated with dignity and respect, but also with kindness, compassion and humour. My father was very happy with his care and will miss them!

I found all the staff polite, friendly, curious and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

The care I'm provided is spot on. They do everything I ask off, all of them. They do my food and drinks - coffee spot on.

I have nothing but nice things to say. The level of care I receive is excellent! All carers that attend are friendly and professional. I feel totally at ease while they do my personal care. I am very, very impressed.

Such a wonderful team. I look forward to their help; their input makes every difference in my life. The girls are always friendly, efficient, on time and work so hard. The office staff are great. I think I liaise with one lady the most; she is always so efficient in helping me if I have to change
the rota and is always so quick in helping to reassure me. I always recommend Saxon Care to family and friends. Thank you, Saxon Care, for the outstanding service.
