We found Alwdo Assist after having problems with other care providers in the area that missed care appointments , kept changing carers and failing to provide care for the duration contracted.
Alwdo are so different , they keep every appointment, turn up on time , and provide care for the agreed
periods of time. They care about the people they are looking after , help them to become more confident and independent , and help with occasional extra needs, ie cleaning , shopping , and medical appointments , or even just to sit with a cup of tea and have a chat.

I am so pleased and impressed by the service my father received from the team. They went beyond my expectations in the care of my father. Their commitment to their job in providing him with a safe place to prepare meals and cook, listening and encouraging him in this. Each member took time to
listen and emphasise during their visits showing what true caring is about.
It's not just providing him with physical care but mental health and wellbeing too.

The team at Alwdo Assist all took great care of our elderly father. They shared his interest in music, and gardening and were very helpful in keeping his mood positive despite his dementia. We are very grateful for their attention and care. Billing was easy and clear too.

This team worked with my dad over many months.
Found them very attentive to him, and very quick to respond to us.
They had to work hard to catch Dad up on his route down the Alzheimer's rabbit hole.
But they coped with him, coaxed him, helped, and cared for him. They cooked for him, walked his
garden, and played his music with him.
In the end, they won him over so he looked forward to them attending.
What a great team.

Reliable and caring service, delivered by experienced and friendly staff. Very flexible and able to adapt to situations as they arise. Good communication and reporting, especially when concerns arise. Very trustworthy.

From the very beginning, I felt very confident about the Manager and the carer. My Aunt was very scared after having another company. But she is very settled and calm now and relaxed after a couple of visits. The whole service is very caring and professional.

Alwdo staff have a great understanding of the needs of old people. The carers treat my uncle with respect and dignity.

I have recently received daily care from Alwdo Assist Ltd and am satisfied with the care and attention I have been given by my carers and hope to continue for some time to come.
