My son is very happy where he is and is progressing well. The staff are caring and attentive without being invasive. I have always found the staff and residents I have met to be welcoming and friendly.

We have used a number of care companies over the years and Ultimate Independence are right at the top for great care, great attitude and positive approach to caring for our daughter. Every member of the team is motivated and genuinely care.

Very professional outfit with caring staff. My daughter really appreciated the support whilst recovering from mental health issues. Carers were flexible to meet her needs. And understood when she wanted to be independent.

Our carer comes in singing and happy and makes me feel good. Excellent care and considerate. Does his job so well. Very happy with the work that has been carried out, twice daily.

Ultimate Independence Care Ltd have provided us with good care for Dad. We have a regular carer who is professional and engages with Dad in a person centred way. The manager of the company has also filled in caring for Dad and is very experienced and wants to provide the best level of care for his
clients.
