I recently engaged Willow Support to care for my mum after a long period of live-in care. We are only a couple of weeks in but the visiting carers have been excellent, without exception they are friendly, polite and reliable, looking after both my mum and her beloved cat very well. Nothing is too
much trouble and everything is done with a smile! In addition to the carers themselves the office staff have been a pleasure to deal with, super-responsive, efficient, very well organised and they have managed to overcome many obstacles I have been experiencing in dealing with the local authority and associated services. I've come to realise that you really need to have a care provider acting on your behalf to get things done and they have excelled at this, arranging for lots of things to be put in place to keep my mum safe in her home. My mum is relaxed and happy and seems to be thriving, which is all I can ask.

Staff are all friendly and courteous. I am always treated with dignity. The carers always make time to chat and I feel valued . My opinion is listened to and taken notice of.

The care given to my dad has been exemplary. The carers are kind and stop to chat with dad even when they have lots to do. My dad didn't want care at home, but is very relaxed with it now. It has taken a great deal off my mind and I know he is in safe hands. Thank you

From first meeting, myself and my brother felt at ease with talking to the manager. Most importantly how he engaged with mum, giving reassurance, encouragement, listening to her concerns. We are well informed regarding mums care in all aspects!!

I have been so pleased with the care I received. The carers always arrived on time, were flexible with what they did to help me, nothing was too much trouble, they were unfailingly polite, kind and respectful. I always looked forward to their visits, which have been such a help to me in my recovery
from acute illness. My wife has been so grateful for regular breaks from caring for me.

I am very happy to have my carer who I look forward to having each day.
My main carer is amazing. She has a wonderful memory and never forgets how I like something done. She is always happy and, if I am feeling a bit down, always manages to cheer me up. What more could I ask of a carer. The fact
that she comes from a foreign country is a bonus because I find her so interesting to chat to. I have also found the different carers I have had, when my main carer has her two days off, have laways lived up to the name of carers.

After leaving hospital at the end of July following a stroke My husband was bed bound and needed daily care. As another gentleman in the village used Willow Support it seemed prudent to ask Willow Support to also attend to my husband. The carers are all very effecient and pleasant and there is
nothing like a cheery hallo first thing on a dreary Winter morning when they come to make my husband comfortable. Although my husband was confined to bed he looked forward to the carers coming to help him eat and brighten his day, I cannot speak more highly of their atitude and efficiency and had every confidence when they took charge of monitoring and administering his medication. My husband sadly died aged 92 years and one day this week

It is early days, but so far I have been very impressed with our live-in carer... she is a natural, professional at all times. In a very short time she has built up a good relationship with Dad. He is more settled, less anxious and enjoying her company.

Overall I have received excellent service from Willow Support. Very easy to communicate with and quick responses. They are more than happy to do little extra things when asked, like taking in food deliveries and putting items out for collection. Would highly recommend them.

We never wanted to have carers but we had no choice, we didn't have much faith in them. But Willow Support are amazing, such caring kind people from office to carers, my mum is so comfortable with them, she has a great relationship with them, they go out of their way if they need to if anything
needs doing. They are a well-organised company, we have perfect time slots for mum, and I would recommend them to everyone, all my mum's neighbours want to use Willow Support when they need care support too. Excellent company, I feel very blessed that we found them.

Both owner and manager are very hands on. They know both the patient and carer which is really helpful, they are both kind and thoughtful and will help any way they can. The carers without exception are lovely and kind which is very important.

The introductory meeting with the manager from Willow Support went so well that it filled me with lots of hope. He is a very warm and friendly individual and struck up a rapport with my dad immediately. My dad was very receptive to the care, something which I was concerned would be a hurdle. The
manager took on board all our advice and suggestions to ensure the care package was specifically tailored to my dad. He also ensures to engage with my dad on a personal level, treating him with great respect and ensuring he receives the care he needs. The manager has made some great suggestions himself, we know Willow Support cares about their client’s personal needs, it is not just a job. So far the care has exceeded our expectations, my dad is much brighter and I know he’s in good hands.

My father was discharged yesterday, with a long-term catheter, after having spent over 3 months in hospital. As he is also suffering from dementia, Dad is finding this very difficult to both understand and manage.
Willow Support has been incredible from the offset and made the transition from
institution to home as smooth as possible.
They have demonstrated experience and understanding of the bigger picture of Dad returning home to a potentially stressful environment, where my mum also suffers from Alzheimer’s, they have managed this with genuine care and kind attentiveness.
The two carers have been incredibly supportive and communicative in regard to supporting Dad at home during these first 48 hours. They have informed us, as a family, of any additional aids we may need, or find useful, to provide Dad with the best possible care. They have spent time, far exceeding the allocated care plan slots, to ensure that both Dad and Mum, plus us all as a family, feel reassured. Exceptional care.

The carers are kind, courteous, and arrive promptly per the schedule. They are always looking for anything they can do to help and will often do things such as washing up on their own initiative.

A couple of my elderly dear friends use this company. The care provided is exceptional. Any issues are resolved quickly taking all factors and family dynamics into consideration and always putting their clients first. What I absolutely love is watching how the carers interact with their elderly
clients with such care and respect and really listening and making them feel heard. Also, the carers are calm in very difficult situations with elderly clients with dementia, which from personal experience is very hard to handle sometimes. I cannot recommend this care provider enough!
