Willow Support limited is a small family run independent care provider which provides complete person-centred care packages, built to specific caregiving needs and preferences.

The team pride themselves upon helping all of whom are part of the individual's needs. The care given to my dad has been exemplary. The carers are kind and stop to chat with dad even when they have lots to do. My dad didn't want care at home, but is very relaxed with it now. It has taken a great deal off my mind and I know he is in safe hands. Thank you

From first meeting, myself and my brother felt at ease with talking to the manager. Most importantly how he engaged with mum, giving reassurance, encouragement, listening to her concerns. We are well informed regarding mums care in all aspects!!

I have been so pleased with the care I received. The carers always arrived on time, were flexible with what they did to help me, nothing was too much trouble, they were unfailingly polite, kind and respectful. I always looked forward to their visits, which have been such a help to me in my recovery
from acute illness. My wife has been so grateful for regular breaks from caring for me.

I am very happy to have my carer who I look forward to having each day.
My main carer is amazing. She has a wonderful memory and never forgets how I like something done. She is always happy and, if I am feeling a bit down, always manages to cheer me up. What more could I ask of a carer. The fact that

After leaving hospital at the end of July following a stroke My husband was bed bound and needed daily care. As another gentleman in the village used Willow Support it seemed prudent to ask Willow Support to also attend to my husband. The carers are all very effecient and pleasant and there is nothing
like a cheery hallo first thing on a dreary Winter morning when they come to make my husband comfortable. Although my husband was confined to bed he looked forward to the carers coming to help him eat and brighten his day, I cannot speak more highly of their atitude and efficiency and had every confidence when they took charge of monitoring and administering his medication. We never wanted to have carers but we had no choice, we didn't have much faith in them. But Willow Support are amazing, such caring kind people from office to carers, my mum is so comfortable with them, she has a great relationship with them, they go out of their way if they need to if anything needs
doing. They are a well-organised company, we have perfect time slots for mum, and I would recommend them to everyone, all my mum's neighbours want to use Willow Support when they need care support too. Excellent company, I feel very blessed that we found them.

The introductory meeting with the manager from Willow Support went so well that it filled me with lots of hope. He is a very warm and friendly individual and struck up a rapport with my dad immediately. My dad was very receptive to the care, something which I was concerned would be a hurdle. The manager
took on board all our advice and suggestions to ensure the care package was specifically tailored to my dad. He also ensures to engage with my dad on a personal level, treating him with great respect and ensuring he receives the care he needs. The manager has made some great suggestions himself, we know Willow Support cares about their client’s personal needs, it is not just a job. My father was discharged yesterday, with a long-term catheter, after having spent over 3 months in hospital. As he is also suffering from dementia, Dad is finding this very difficult to both understand and manage.
Willow Support has been incredible from the offset and made the transition from institution
to home as smooth as possible.
They have demonstrated experience and understanding of the bigger picture of Dad returning home to a potentially stressful environment, where my mum also suffers from Alzheimer’s, they have managed this with genuine care and kind attentiveness.
The two carers have been incredibly supportive and communicative in regard to supporting Dad at home during these first 48 hours. They have informed us, as a family, of any additional aids we may need, or find useful, to provide Dad with the best possible care. They have spent time, far exceeding the allocated care plan slots, to ensure that both Dad and Mum, plus us all as a family, feel reassured. Exceptional care.

A couple of my elderly dear friends use this company. The care provided is exceptional. Any issues are resolved quickly taking all factors and family dynamics into consideration and always putting their clients first. What I absolutely love is watching how the carers interact with their elderly clients
with such care and respect and really listening and making them feel heard. Also, the carers are calm in very difficult situations with elderly clients with dementia, which from personal experience is very hard to handle sometimes. I cannot recommend this care provider enough!

We have received an excellent service so far from Willow Support. From the initial meeting identifying my mother’s needs and how best to support her, to the ongoing friendly care workers that have followed through with this level of service. I and my mother are very impressed with Willow Support. They are all very friendly and do their work with enthusiasm. They arrive on the timetable that is sent out weekly. They contact me if they notice Mum is running out of tablets etc, so I can arrange to get a new supply.

My name is Ivica Borosak, and I am privileged to be the Director/ Nominated Individual for our independent family-run domiciliary care agency.


I was fortunate enough to come to the UK in 2018. I have worked in the health and social care industry since 2018 working in many roles from supported living to domiciliary care. Since being in the care industry I have built up my knowledge and expertise.


In 2021 I set up and registered Willow Support with CQC. This has allowed me to create an Organisation that ensures the people we support have the highest quality of care where nothing is not possible. For me, it is not about quantity, it is only about quality.


As an independent family-run company, I have been able to build upon my beliefs and philosophies about how individuals should be cared for, and that everyone we support has the care and respect they deserve whilst being in the comfort of their own homes.


I am proud of how my team ensures that everyone receives a warm Willow Support welcome and that they become members of the Willow Support family.

My name is Johnathan, and I am thrilled to be the Registered Manager for Willow Support.


My background is in education where I held many roles from Class Teacher to Senior Leadership - coaching and mentoring (NPQMH). Alongside teaching, I have also been training in coaching and mentoring as part of my Master, as well as developing my skills in British Sign Language and Counselling skills.


I have been in the Health and Social Care industry since 2017. First starting in Continuing Healthcare aiding individuals with brokering packages of care and setting up PHBs (Personal Health Budgets) for individuals. From there I worked for an ‘Outstanding’ independent domiciliary care company where I was the Quality-of-Care Domiciliary Care Manager. I have experience working with independent care companies and franchise care companies also.


I have also been, and still am a consultant in health and social care for other Organisations and since October 2022 have been the Registered Manager for Willow Support.


Willow Support is a wonderful small family-run independent care company and that is what drew me to the organisation. Having that close relationship with the people(s) we care for and support is very rewarding. Knowing that everyone we support has the care and respect they deserve whilst being in the comfort of their own homes.


Being able to assist people to live comfortably in their own homes, having their care needs met and being able to provide that extra little bit is what is so rewarding. Welcoming new people to the Willow Support family and seeing our Clients so content is what it is all about – and as a consequence, I feel that I am in the most privileged position.
