The carers were so patient with him, coaxing him to eat and drink, making sure his skin was intact, and talking to him even though he could no longer respond clearly.
Without hesitation we would recommend Ivan, Johnathan, Jessie and the team at Willow Support.
Thank you so much for your kind wards and comments regarding the care we provided for your father right until the end. It was an absolute privilege to be able to ensure he he was comfortable and in his familiar surrounds with his loved ones. Thank you once again for sharing your experiences and the impact our care team had with your father, we is sorely missed.
The carers enabled my wife, who had a severe stroke in 2025, to start off the day in the best condition. The assistance to showering and dressing was top class.
We would recommend this company to our friends.
J S, thank you so much for your kind words sharing the impact our care team had to support your wife to have the best start of the day is what it is all about. It was an absolute pleasure to support and we look forward to this continuing in the future. Thank you again.
Very efficient and polite. Punctuality and eager to please. Haven't tried other care firms, but we are very satisfied with Willow care services.
Margaret, thank you for your review. It is wonderful to hear that you are very satisfied with our care service. It's a pleasure supporting you each day.
My father has been under Willow Support for a while now and we couldn't be happier with the service they provide. They constantly go above and beyond for him and the care has been top tier. As well as the care they provide they have also giving my father the company and friendly faces he needs each day to keep him going. Also the ongoing support they have given to me has been amazing and I couldn't have done it without them all. Particularly Bruno, Dora, Ivan and Jonathan. But everyone has been fantastic, thank you very much. Emily
Emily... Thank you SO much for your wonderful words regarding the impact our care team and management team have in supporting yourself and your father. At Willow Support Limited, we pride ourselves on being open to all to ensure he highest home care standards we can offer. It continues to be an absolute pleasure to support you all.
From our initial contact with Willow we have been hugely impressed with their service and professionalism. My mum looks forward to her visits and the carers show her real kindness, not only are her physical needs being met but her emotional wellbeing too. We have seen a lift in her spirits. Two days ago one of the Willow team were concerned that mum was showing signs of a leg ulcer developing, she took the initiative to contact the district nurse team and mum had a visit from them before the end of the day. Legs treated and bandaged, caught early enough! I do not live locally and I cannot stress enough how appreciative the family is of this carer's actions in that day. Thank you to all at Willow - we know mum is in good hands!
Thank you for sharing yours and your mums outstanding experience with us and it is a pleasure to support you all.
Johnathan and his team are simply outstanding! The level of care, attention to detail and support has made such a huge difference to our family. Our mother's care has been exemplary. Nothing has been too much trouble and the instantly accessible advice at a time of crisis has been invaluable. Thank you for being there for us when we really needed you.

The management team is first class, they are able to advise and react proactively to Mums needs. They liaise with other professional bodies and continue to put Mums best interests foremost.
They provide a friendly yet professional bespoke service that I and other family members rely upon.
The much trusted Team of Carers quickly built up a good working rapport and relationship, they are both patient and kind, seeing to mums daily care needs whilst maintaining her dignity.
I for one would have no hesitation in endorsing Willow Support, and recommended them as a Care provider.
Thank you so much for your kind words, this means so much to us as a management team and more importantly to the wonderful, dedicated and kind carers we are so lucky to have at Willow Support.
It continues to be an absolute pleasure to support your mum and yourselves as family to keep at her home - exactly where she wants to be!
Thank you again!
I recently engaged Willow Support to care for my mum after a long period of live-in care. We are only a couple of weeks in but the visiting carers have been excellent, without exception they are friendly, polite and reliable, looking after both my mum and her beloved cat very well. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile! In addition to the carers themselves the office staff have been a pleasure to deal with, super-responsive, efficient, very well organised and they have managed to overcome many obstacles I have been experiencing in dealing with the local authority and associated services. I've come to realise that you really need to have a care provider acting on your behalf to get things done and they have excelled at this, arranging for lots of things to be put in place to keep my mum safe in her home. My mum is relaxed and happy and seems to be thriving, which is all I can ask.
Elena, thank you so much for your kind words. We have achieved so much in supporting yourself and your mum to be safe at home. It can feel daunting and overwhelming looking for the "right" care provider and we are so pleased! Your mum is thriving and being able to live independently. Thank you once again, it is a pleasure!
Willow Support have been a pleasure to deal with but the staff are simply amazing. Mila has been truly wonderful, caring for my mother and a breath of fresh air in a difficult time. Thank you.
Thank you so much for the sharing your thoughts and feedback regarding the care we provide for your mum. The impact of the care team to see the difference in Mum now is remarkable. We are very thankful for your feedback.
Staff are all friendly and courteous. I am always treated with dignity. The carers always make time to chat and I feel valued . My opinion is listened to and taken notice of.
Beryl, thank you for your kind words regarding our care team. Ensuring our clients feel valued, listened to and taken notice of is so important. It is a pleasure to provide you with home care assistance.
The care given to my dad has been exemplary. The carers are kind and stop to chat with dad even when they have lots to do. My dad didn't want care at home, but is very relaxed with it now. It has taken a great deal off my mind and I know he is in safe hands. Thank you
Sophie, thank you so much for your lovely words about our care service. It is an absolute pleasure.
From first meeting, myself and my brother felt at ease with talking to the manager. Most importantly how he engaged with mum, giving reassurance, encouragement, listening to her concerns. We are well informed regarding mums care in all aspects!!
Thank you for your kind words. Having good communication and understand our clients needs at assessment are so important to ensure everyone involved knows the goals and outcomes. It continues to be a pleasure to support you all.
I have been so pleased with the care I received. The carers always arrived on time, were flexible with what they did to help me, nothing was too much trouble, they were unfailingly polite, kind and respectful. I always looked forward to their visits, which have been such a help to me in my recovery from acute illness. My wife has been so grateful for regular breaks from caring for me.
Thank you so much for the kind words regarding our wonderful care team! It is so fantastic to hear the positive impact it is having on you as well as your wife. We couldn't ask for more - exactly what Willow Support Limited is all about!
My main carer is amazing. She has a wonderful memory and never forgets how I like something done. She is always happy and, if I am feeling a bit down, always manages to cheer me up. What more could I ask of a carer. The fact that she comes from a foreign country is a bonus because I find her so interesting to chat to. I have also found the different carers I have had, when my main carer has her two days off, have laways lived up to the name of carers.
Thank you so much for you kind words about our carers and it is lovely to hear the consistency in your main carer has her days off. This is really important for us and for all of our clients - consistent, kind and caring members of staff who work with us to support you. The impact our wonderful care team is having to improve your wellbeing is so wonderful to hear - amazing!
After leaving hospital at the end of July following a stroke My husband was bed bound and needed daily care. As another gentleman in the village used Willow Support it seemed prudent to ask Willow Support to also attend to my husband. The carers are all very effecient and pleasant and there is nothing like a cheery hallo first thing on a dreary Winter morning when they come to make my husband comfortable. Although my husband was confined to bed he looked forward to the carers coming to help him eat and brighten his day, I cannot speak more highly of their atitude and efficiency and had every confidence when they took charge of monitoring and administering his medication. My husband sadly died aged 92 years and one day this week
Thank you very much for your kind words. As the owner of Willow Support Limited it is lovely to hear how Team Willow made such an impact on your husband. It was an absolute pleasure to support him during his remaining time. Thank you once again!
My friend has been receiving care from Willow Support for some time now, and I can't express enough gratitude for the kindness and professionalism of their team. The carers are reliable and genuinely compassionate, always going the extra mile to make sure my friend feels comfortable and valued. It's reassuring to know they are in such good hands. I would definitely recommend them.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It is an absolute pleasure to support your friend. We truly pride ourselves on providing the best possible care we can - hearing, once again that our care team show so much kindness, professionalism and reliability is wonderful to hear. Thank you once again.
It is early days, but so far I have been very impressed with our live-in carer... she is a natural, professional at all times. In a very short time she has built up a good relationship with Dad. He is more settled, less anxious and enjoying her company.
Ella, thank you kindly for your feedback regarding our live-in carer. They have definitely built a wonderful rapport. It is a pleasure to see how relaxed your father is now.
Overall I have received excellent service from Willow Support. Very easy to communicate with and quick responses. They are more than happy to do little extra things when asked, like taking in food deliveries and putting items out for collection. Would highly recommend them.
Mike, thank you so much for your acknowledgement of our care teams efforts. We try to provide "above and beyond" care and it is wonderful to have your acknowledgement of this. As a management team also thank you kindly for acknowledging how responsive we are. The manager and I are also grateful for this recognition.
Willow Support are amazing. Now do one more maybe settle for tomorrow morning I have the utmost confidence in them. They are very professional, caring, kind and reliable. Three words sum them up simply the best. I would definitely recommend them.
Lee - Wow! thank you kindly for your comments and feedback about our wonderful care team. It is an absolute pleasure to be able to support you.
We never wanted to have carers but we had no choice, we didn't have much faith in them. But Willow Support are amazing, such caring kind people from office to carers, my mum is so comfortable with them, she has a great relationship with them, they go out of their way if they need to if anything needs doing. They are a well-organised company, we have perfect time slots for mum, and I would recommend them to everyone, all my mum's neighbours want to use Willow Support when they need care support too. Excellent company, I feel very blessed that we found them.
Hazel, thank you so much for your heartfelt comments. Everyone at Willow Support is so thankful for your kind words about our organisation. It is an absolute pleasure to not only support your mother but also be a listening ear for you also. Take care always.

A warm Willow Support welcome to you!
My name is Ivica Borosak, and I am privileged to be the Director/ Nominated Individual for our independent family-run domiciliary care agency.
I was fortunate enough to come to the UK in 2018. I have worked in the health and social care industry since 2018 working in many roles from supported living to domiciliary care. Since being in the care industry I have built up my knowledge and expertise.
In 2021 I set up and registered Willow Support with CQC. This has allowed me to create an Organisation that ensures the people we support have the highest quality of care where nothing is not possible. For me, it is not about quantity, it is only about quality.
As an independent family-run company, I have been able to build upon my beliefs and philosophies about how individuals should be cared for, and that everyone we support has the care and respect they deserve whilst being in the comfort of their own homes.
I am proud of how my team ensures that everyone receives a warm Willow Support welcome and that they become members of the Willow Support family.
A warm Willow Support welcome to you!
My name is Johnathan, and I am thrilled to be the Registered Manager for Willow Support.
My background is in education where I held many roles from Class Teacher to Senior Leadership - coaching and mentoring (NPQMH). Alongside teaching, I have also been training in coaching and mentoring as part of my Master, as well as developing my skills in British Sign Language and Counselling skills.
I have been in the Health and Social Care industry since 2017. First starting in Continuing Healthcare aiding individuals with brokering packages of care and setting up PHBs (Personal Health Budgets) for individuals. From there I worked for an ‘Outstanding’ independent domiciliary care company where I was the Quality-of-Care Domiciliary Care Manager. I have experience working with independent care companies and franchise care companies also.
I have also been, and still am a consultant in health and social care for other Organisations and since October 2022 have been the Registered Manager for Willow Support.
Willow Support is a wonderful small family-run independent care company and that is what drew me to the organisation. Having that close relationship with the people(s) we care for and support is very rewarding. Knowing that everyone we support has the care and respect they deserve whilst being in the comfort of their own homes.
Being able to assist people to live comfortably in their own homes, having their care needs met and being able to provide that extra little bit is what is so rewarding. Welcoming new people to the Willow Support family and seeing our Clients so content is what it is all about – and as a consequence, I feel that I am in the most privileged position.
