Both owner and manager are very hands on. They know both the patient and carer which is really helpful, they are both kind and thoughtful and will help any way they can. The carers without exception are lovely and kind which is very important.
Carolynn, thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. The registered manager and I, as a management team, feel we are unique by being so "hands on." It is important to be involved in supporting as much as families/ clients and loved ones want us to be. We are so proud of our care team -...
The introductory meeting with the manager from Willow Support went so well that it filled me with lots of hope. He is a very warm and friendly individual and struck up a rapport with my dad immediately. My dad was very receptive to the care, something which I was concerned would be a hurdle. The manager took on board all our advice and suggestions to ensure the care package was specifically tailored to my dad. He also ensures to engage with my dad on a personal level, treating him with great respect and ensuring he receives the care he needs. The manager has made some great suggestions himself, we know Willow Support cares about their client’s personal needs, it is not just a job. So far the care has exceeded our expectations, my dad is much brighter and I know he’s in good hands.
Angela, thank you so much for the kind comments regarding my Registered Manager. Ensuring the assessment is detailed to meet the needs of our clients and those who care about them is really important for us. It ensures that we provide care that ensures our clients live the life they want and are...
Willow Support has been incredible from the offset and made the transition from institution to home as smooth as possible.
They have demonstrated experience and understanding of the bigger picture of Dad returning home to a potentially stressful environment, where my mum also suffers from Alzheimer’s, they have managed this with genuine care and kind attentiveness.
The two carers have been incredibly supportive and communicative in regard to supporting Dad at home during these first 48 hours. They have informed us, as a family, of any additional aids we may need, or find useful, to provide Dad with the best possible care. They have spent time, far exceeding the allocated care plan slots, to ensure that both Dad and Mum, plus us all as a family, feel reassured. Exceptional care.
Thank you so much for your kind words regarding the care we are providing for your Father. You've hit the nail on the head. For us, it is not just the Client that is part of the care but all of those who are involved. Starting a package of care and taking the time to communicate effectively with...
The carers are kind, courteous, and arrive promptly per the schedule. They are always looking for anything they can do to help and will often do things such as washing up on their own initiative.
Thank you so much for your kind words about our Care Team. It is an absolute pleasure supporting you!
A couple of my elderly dear friends use this company. The care provided is exceptional. Any issues are resolved quickly taking all factors and family dynamics into consideration and always putting their clients first. What I absolutely love is watching how the carers interact with their elderly clients with such care and respect and really listening and making them feel heard. Also, the carers are calm in very difficult situations with elderly clients with dementia, which from personal experience is very hard to handle sometimes. I cannot recommend this care provider enough!
Thank you so much for your wonderful words about our wonderful care team. What we can do for them and all of our Clients is an absolute pleasure for us all. As we always say, a package of care is not only there for the individual(s) but all of those who are associated. Thank you also for your support and help. What an amazing holistic team we make!
Always happy and catty. Work is good, do a good job and tidy up afterwards. Uniform nice and clean.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you and your Wife find our carers happy, chatty, clean and tidy. It is wonderful to be able to support. Thank you again for your positive comments.
We have received an excellent service so far from Willow Support. From the initial meeting identifying my mother’s needs and how best to support her, to the ongoing friendly care workers that have followed through with this level of service. The registered manager has been key in coordinating a consistent level of care, with my mother’s welfare at the forefront, ensuring she feels comfortable and is safe in her environment. They are easy to reach when needed and do all they can to assist where possible. Highly recommended. Thank you Willow Support.
Rebecca, Thank you for the kind words regarding our Care Team and Registered Manager. We are so pleased to be able to support your mother as well as yourself. As we say to all of our clients - a care package in place is not just for that individual but everyone involved in supporting the...
I and my mother are very impressed with Willow Support. They are all very friendly and do their work with enthusiasm. They arrive on the timetable that is sent out weekly. They contact me if they notice Mum is running out of tablets etc, so I can arrange to get a new supply.
Thank you so much for your kind words about our wonderful Care Team. It is an absolute pleasure supporting not only your mother but yourself to ensure she has the best care possible!
Thank you for the extra housekeeping given (not asked for).
Thank you for the kind words. We always try to go the ‘extra mile’ to support where we can.
Very good, attentive service from all carers.
Thank you so much for the positive feedback regarding the service you are receiving from us. It is an absolute pleasure to support you.
From the initial call to the Manager to request an assessment to start care the service has been outstanding. My request for support has been to support my adult son with learning difficulties in social activities. The support staff are all calm, kind, caring and treat my son with total dignity and respect. I love that they listen to his voice and engage in conversation with him. Highly recommend Willow Support.
Lisa, thank you so much for your kind words. It continues to be an absolute pleasure to support your son, enabling him to grow and build his confidence in the community.
The difference Willow Support has made since they have been providing the care has been immense. Mum is now so much happier. The carers look after Mum so well and are in no hurry to leave. They talk to her all the time they are there, which I consider as important as the physical aspects of her care.
Having the same small group of carers has helped build the relationship between the carers and Mum and me.
Mum is so much happier and healthier now and it also means that I can feel more relaxed as well, knowing she is getting the care she deserves.
It has and continues to be an absolute pleasure not only supporting your mum but yourselves as a family. All of our packages of care are about everyone who is involved. We thoroughly enjoy supporting you all and we too can see the difference in your mum. It’s fantastic!
They are approachable and very empathetic.
I always felt reassured they were providing the very best care for my Mum and she formed a bond with the home visit carers.
The company is organised and run very efficiently by hard-working, committed staff.
I am truly grateful they were there to provide care for my mum in the latter stages of her life.
It was a real pleasure to support your mother until her recent passing. We were all extremely fond of her. Thank you for your kind words and we are thinking of you all at this time.
Medical safe purchased as recommended and in place for today’s first visit.
Still only in our first day, but excellent service so far. It also gives me reassurance and confidence to know Mum is being well supported in her own home to keep her independence as far as possible...thank you!
Thank you kindly for your comments. Being responsive to ensure your mum had the correct level of care and correct safety precautions in place is absolutely paramount for us. We are enjoying working with yourself and your mother. What a pleasure and privilege for us!
The manager and the team are highly communicative. Whenever there have been issues that spring up from time to time with carers (as I’m sure is always the case in this industry) they are quick to respond and highly proactive to resolve.
Three words to sum up:
- proactive
- continuity
- professionalism
Thank you so much for your comments regarding the service we provide. It has for the past year, and continues to be, a privilege, to support you all. As we say at Willow Support, "it is not only the client that is at the heart of the care but all of those who are involved." Thank you once again, the Care Team are thrilled with the feedback!
Very happy with the care my Mum is receiving. My Mum is also very pleased.
Alison, we are so pleased that everyone involved with your Mum's care is happy.
Very happy with the service from all carers. Pleased with their punctuality, their care and attention to detail. Very pleased indeed.
Kelson, thank you so much for your kind words about our care service. It is exactly what we are about so your comments are very much appreciated.
My mother has only in the past year needed homecare and I can't express how grateful I am to Willow Support for the professional approach delivered to my mother. The communication is great and I know my mother is so pleased and grateful for the team's support.
Thank you so much for your lovely kind words. It means so much! It is an absolute pleasure to support your Mother and the wonderful relationships we have with you all who are involved. Thank you again.
The carers are attentive and responsive to my husband's needs. The managers provide excellent oversight and respond to queries efficiently, and as they also provide direct clinical care this is also reassuring. We have been happy with the care provided so far.
We really appreciate your comments.
Willow Support, I am so pleased with the service you provided for my friend! I see her every week, and she looks much better than before. Willow Support has done an incredible job of making her feel better. I want to thank you on behalf of my friend!
Thank you so much for your kind words. Seeing how she is since coming out of hospital is wonderful! You are very welcome, your comments are very much appreciated.

Meet the Team (2)
A warm Willow Support welcome to you!
My name is Ivica Borosak, and I am privileged to be the Director/ Nominated Individual for our independent family-run domiciliary care agency.
I was fortunate enough to come to the UK in 2018. I have worked in the health and social care industry since 2018 working in many roles from supported living to domiciliary care. Since being in the care industry I have built up my knowledge and expertise.
In 2021 I set up and registered Willow Support with CQC. This has allowed me to create an Organisation that ensures the people we support have the highest quality of care where nothing is not possible. For me, it is not about quantity, it is only about quality.
As an independent family-run company, I have been able to build upon my beliefs and philosophies about how individuals should be cared for, and that everyone we support has the care and respect they deserve whilst being in the comfort of their own homes.
I am proud of how my team ensures that everyone receives a warm Willow Support welcome and that they become members of the Willow Support family.
A warm Willow Support welcome to you!
My name is Johnathan, and I am thrilled to be the Registered Manager for Willow Support.
My background is in education where I held many roles from Class Teacher to Senior Leadership - coaching and mentoring (NPQMH). Alongside teaching, I have also been training in coaching and mentoring as part of my Master, as well as developing my skills in British Sign Language and Counselling skills.
I have been in the Health and Social Care industry since 2017. First starting in Continuing Healthcare aiding individuals with brokering packages of care and setting up PHBs (Personal Health Budgets) for individuals. From there I worked for an ‘Outstanding’ independent domiciliary care company where I was the Quality-of-Care Domiciliary Care Manager. I have experience working with independent care companies and franchise care companies also.
I have also been, and still am a consultant in health and social care for other Organisations and since October 2022 have been the Registered Manager for Willow Support.
Willow Support is a wonderful small family-run independent care company and that is what drew me to the organisation. Having that close relationship with the people(s) we care for and support is very rewarding. Knowing that everyone we support has the care and respect they deserve whilst being in the comfort of their own homes.
Being able to assist people to live comfortably in their own homes, having their care needs met and being able to provide that extra little bit is what is so rewarding. Welcoming new people to the Willow Support family and seeing our Clients so content is what it is all about – and as a consequence, I feel that I am in the most privileged position.
