Only problem service user has is they are use to regular carers, then they move on. We have tried explaining they will not get same carers all the time. They gets very anxious on a wednesday and sunday, as these are shower days. Although extra time has been given for shower days, the carers (not all of them)can be in and out within 20minutes sometimes less. The service user feels rushed and not dried properly. This matter was brought up previously had and the senior management informed me she had checked the carers sign on times and these were fine. I explained to management, I myself witnessed the time the carer entered and exited the property and this was no consistent with the allocated time.
Staff are very good, take time to ensure her hair is washed and she is clean and comfortable and ensure that she has taken her medication, the staff are very helpful and I am aware that I can call the office anytime
Everything is cool.
I am happy overall with all my carers and I don't have a problem.

My mother's mental and physical health has improved since they have taken over her care and her last release from hospital. I have always found that the service is first class. The carers are always very patient, kind and very helpful.
If it wasnt for the carers Mum couldn't stay in her own home. They are always cheery and chatty and mum looks forward to them coming in, They provide an invaluable service which we could not do without.
