The care provided is excellent. Carers show respect and concern and are very flexible and responsive to needs on any given day. Carers often find interests and have good ideas for taking care and improving things.

We began using Home Instead two years ago to support our learning-disabled brother after an operation. He responded so well that we continued, and he now looks forward to his companion visits every second Sunday.
The carers go above and beyond, planning thoughtful outings like cinema trips and
museum visits.
They've also supported us when we've needed a break, giving my sister and me real peace of mind.
Lindsay and the South Lanarkshire team, including Aimee, are fantastic. New carers are introduced with care and patience, helping our brother feel comfortable and build trust.
What stands out most is how well they listen to and remember his preferences, consistently applying them in their care.
I would happily recommend Home Instead-their warmth and approachability make life easier, and they've made a genuine difference to my brother's life.

Home Instead have been absolutely excellent in supporting my mum. They are incredibly organised, wonderfully caring, and consistently go above and beyond. When I'm away, I have complete peace of mind knowing she is being so well looked after - the reassurance this gives our family is invaluable.
Every member of the team is kind, patient, and genuinely lovely. It's clear how much they care about the people they support, and their professionalism shines through in everything they do.

I am continuing to benefit from the professional service I receive from Home Instead staff.
It is a pleasure to welcome the carer into my home . We discuss what has happened since the last visit and what I would like done on the day.
My family also are happy with the service as it frees them up to
take me out to visit friends or go to the local cinema for example.
Looking forward to the Spring weather so my care and I can go out for walk too.

Staff always helpful and ensure all activities are carried out. Detail written on the app very helpful. Polite at all times and informative to family when required. Approachable and no job is too much trouble. Always let you know if they cannot make the allotted time allowing other arrangements to
be made.

Homeinstead has been a great organisation to work with. They have been supporting my dad over last 6 months and adapted to his increasing needs over last 3 months. The office staff and carers are all very friendly and kind. I don't live nearby which means I have to call office sometimes to discuss
changes and everyone always friendly and willing to accommodate. The carers themselves are so kind and supportive to my dad. He has liked every one. Highly recommend this organisation as a homecare support service.

Well organised private home care. All tailored to what dad needs and as dad's condition changes (he has Alzheimer's) then it is easy to have the level of care changed with it. Regular team of carers provide great consistency. They provide daily personal care, meal preparation and housekeeping but
they also provide dad with just some befriending visits too during the week when they take him out somewhere. This all helps dad stay in his own home at the moment.

Home Instead South Lanarkshire have been providing very good companionship and support to my 92 year old Mother for over 2 years now. Mum loves the staff and all their stories and chat. I have found Aimee who coordinates the staff accessible and understanding and very caring. I would highly

Home Instead enabled me to continue working, and as my husband's dementia progressed have adapted to the changes occurring as a result of this deterioration.
As a client for more than a year, we have had to introduce new carers once or twice and Home Instead has managed this well with a good
handover routine. They have also been considerate of my husband's reduced tolerance of change.
I have been reassured by Home Instead's willingness and availability to discuss any changes.
I would highly recommend this agency.

This company are a shining example of how care should be delivered.
My dad has only been accessing Home Instead for a couple of months and what a difference they have made both to him and us as a family.
We are now assured that he is supported and cared for when we cannot be there.
Any issues
are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Communication is excellent, everybody works as a team and always listens to you.

What a wonderful team, from the initial consultation, the follow ups and most importantly the care my mum is getting now that allows my dad some respite from full time caring. You have been a godsend.

We initially contacted Home Instead to discuss providing care for Mum to allow us to go on holiday. Mum was adamant that she didn't want anyone coming into her home. The Care Manager was extremely helpful and came to discuss options with us. A dedicated carer was allocated and introduced to Mum
with days and times agreed. On returning from holiday we have continued to use this service as Mum is now happy and confident about them coming into her home.
The great benefit is that Mum has a dedicated carer allowing a good rapport to be built up and she enjoys the company and chats. All work carried out is to the highest standard and the online reviews after each visit allows us to know what has been done and how Mum was during the visit.
As sole carers this service has provided us with more freedom knowing that her needs are being well cared for.
All staff have been extremely helpful and professional meeting our needs and providing support.
Thanks to all staff. We would have no hesitation

In general, over the last year, the service provided has been satisfactory and with the friendly caring staff.
I would comment that due to the schedules involved, the time committed to the customer can be curtailed because of the need to get from one client to the next in general.

The Home Instead team have been a fantastic support to my mum who has Alzheimers. Her carer visits two times each week to help with shopping, cleaning and companionship. The same carer comes on a regular basis and this consistency has been really important for mum to build trust and confidence. She
is very comfortable with the team and we have been delighted with the standard of service and care. Communication with the office is excellent and there are regular reviews of performance. I would highly recommend Home Instead.

We have had care support from Home Instead for the past year. Our requirement was someone to provide companionship for my wife, who has dementia, giving me the chance to leave the house to deal with family business. Their website says that a carer will be chosen "to ensure a meaningful bond is
created" and this objective has been fully met by the young lady who has visited us two or three times each week.
The team at our local franchise is not large and it has been easy for me to get to know, and be known by, the office staff as well as the carers.

I recently discussed the need to increase mums visits. Within 2 weeks mum had a package that meets her needs.
She has 2 carers who provide an hour in the morning to help with personal care and one in the evening to help with meal preparation and ensure the house is safe and secure.
Both carers are
considerate of mums values They are friendly, confident, supportive and mum looks forward to their visits.
Mum is stronger and coping well at home following a recent hospital admission.

It's almost 1yr since we have been using Home Instead to assist my father with his day to day living in Hamilton Lanarkshire.
I can honestly say, since the initial visit of the care team to assess his needs and care required, the Lanarkshire team have been fantastic (certain individuals
outstanding) in their overall approach and application to the care and companionship they provide. Everyone seems to be very professional and friendly, so any Issues, concerns or tweaks to the care provided are easily discussed and implemented.
The help and reassurance they provide for my father and extended family is worth every penny.

Home Instead have been caring for Mum for well over a year now. The carers are very attentive and spend time chatting with Mum to break her day up. They have also been very helpful with medication and care during a recent period of illness. The App allows us to check up on between visits which gives
us peace of mind. An excellent service.

Started last Sept to use this Care provider to help with care for my Dad - very pleased with the care and support provided, in particular the details added to the app which puts my mind at ease when I can't be there. Staff are always on time and provide the support agreed but happy to help with
additional tasks if required. Reliable and quality service.
