We have used this care agency since September. We feel extremely lucky to have one particular staff member from here as a regular PA for my dad. This member of staff is the kindest, most loving and caring person ever. She is everything you would want in someone looking after a loved one. The manager
is also great, which is something I’ve found to have not experienced before when using other companies - nothing is too much for her, and she is always available to get hold of. I would highly recommend people use it here!

Carers are kind and work to support the client using opportunities to share with the family how best to support the client. We really appreciate this approach of being patient with the client to achieve a good outcome.

Live-in care provided for a week. Care involved domiciliary and personal care.
The manager walked me through the Care Process diligently and captured the key elements associated with Mum's care needs. She then matched a member of her team to support Mum and attended the Settling-In Day. The Carer
rapidly bonded with Mum and honed in on what she wanted. 7 short days later, the support period was over and the main Carer returned. Great experience, peace of mind gained with a trusted Carer and a very invested business owner living and breathing care. Thank you Apollo Care for the 5-star support.
