We have used this care agency since September. We feel extremely lucky to have one particular staff member from here as a regular PA for my dad. This member of staff is the kindest, most loving and caring person ever. She is everything you would want in someone looking after a loved one. The manager is also great, which is something I’ve found to have not experienced before when using other companies - nothing is too much for her, and she is always available to get hold of. I would highly recommend people use it here!

The manager walked me through the Care Process diligently and captured the key elements associated with Mum's care needs. She then matched a member of her team to support Mum and attended the Settling-In Day. The Carer...
Live-in care provided for a week. Care involved domiciliary and personal care.
The manager walked me through the Care Process diligently and captured the key elements associated with Mum's care needs. She then matched a member of her team to support Mum and attended the Settling-In Day. The Carer rapidly bonded with Mum and honed in on what she wanted. 7 short days later, the support period was over and the main Carer returned. Great experience, peace of mind gained with a trusted Carer and a very invested business owner living and breathing care. Thank you Apollo Care for the 5-star support.
