The lovely carers at Radfield have greatly contributed to my parents comfort and confidence.
They are friendly, polite and respectful at all times and are always happy to complete a range of tasks. My parents look forward to seeing them and enjoy their chats.
We've experienced good communication
with the office staff who are approachable and efficient.

I've found the service provided by Radfield (Syston) very good. The care team are very friendly and helpful. The package needed for my mother was put in place quickly which helped enormously during a difficult period.

My lovely friend has been using the service for just over a year now, she is visually impaired and struggles when it comes to going out or even to appointments. She happened to have Radfield help our with the local volunteer taxi service and decided that she wanted some more support to actually help
her around the shops, not just go to and from them. They have been great for her. Once per month (or more if needed) they take her out for a few hours and she thoroughly enjoys it. For the last couple of visits she has had Alison and thinks she is marvellous, she is kind and patient. I like listening to my friend tell me about her outings, she feels like she has made new friends and I enjoy talking to her about her outings. She said that they have been very helpful with taking her to appointments at the last minute, which I think is a great service and wanted to make this review for others to read.

The care for our Dad by the whole team at Radfield has been exceptional and we would be lost without them. The staff who attend are friendly, chatty and adapt the care provided as dad's needs change, making suggestions for how they could help further.
The management team were very careful to assess
his needs from the outset and review this regularly. They provide the highest standards for service delivery and respond incredibly quickly to any queries.
Moving dad back home after a hospital stay was not something we thought possible until we met with this team. Dad thinks the world of the carers who attend and we're all really grateful that they've made it possible for him to stay in his home.

The package of care put in place for my mum was excellent . All staff were kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
The attention to detail like sending myself a rota as well as explaining daily who would be attending on the next visit was both reassuring and professional.
The measures
in place to manage the level of care are exemplary.
I would highly recommend this company to any one that needs some help and support in their own home .

From choosing to go with Radfield as care providers for my mum, my sister and I have only had a few instances of discrepencies between the notes and the care that was provided. This was dealt with immediately and response times from Deputy Care Manager and another member of staff who were
excellent. My mum was resistent to having carers support her, but almost instantly, they were the people that she looked forward to seeing, and relied on in the mornings. My mum developed relationships of trust and considered the carers as her friends. They took over, with professionalism, the showering of my mum and did it with real compassion and care for her dignity, as she was a very proud and independent person. She very much enjoyed her time at the day centre and used to be so excited about all the activities she had engaged with. It was often the highlight of her week. They shared photos of her there and made my sister and I feel happy that she was in a safe and trusted environment, having fun. We can only thank them.

My sister and I are really pleased with the care Radfield Home Care Leicester East, Groby & Oadby provide to our mother.
Always willing to do that bit extra and also very knowledgeable in their field and general care.
Radfield also arranged for mum to meet her old friend who she hadn't seen for
quite some time. They are now in touch on a weekly basis.
These small steps and gestures can make a huge difference to the outlook of their elderly clients.

Radfield Home Care cared for both of my parents who both have dementia a couple of years ago so when we needed care for my terminally ill family member I knew immediately where to go. Even though we only used the service for about a month they were very supportive of our ever-changing needs and went
above and beyond to provide the support we needed. The carers were always on time, friendly, and treated my family member with great care and dignity at a very difficult time. The App provided us with in-depth information regarding each visit which we used when communicating with other health professionals regarding ongoing care.

I've not had any problems with this care company. Staff would do what I ask them to do. They treat me with respect and promote my dignity and independence. I can always have a laugh with them. They are very reliable, no problem with time.

I am grateful for all they do. They are all very kind and friendly and they do such a good job making sure everything is done properly. I don't have to worry about who is coming through the door because I get on well with all the ladies and like to have a good laugh with them. I really do enjoy
their visits I am so thankful I have found such an amazing care provider, I have and I will always recommend Radfield to anyone who needs them.

The review was very well taken and also, I asked for small changes to my care package and they have sorted it already for me. Very happy with the carers, also the office as nothing is too much trouble.
I am also treated with the utmost dignity, not only with my personal care but whatever the carers
do.
I am aged 95 years old and only just started to have carers.

Efficient, reliable service. Carers are punctual and always considerate and have taken the time to understand my mother’s needs. Care is delivered with a smile and they are warm and friendly but respectful. My mother is able to retain her independence and her dignity is maintained at all times.

We engaged with Radfield Home Care at Syston during a tricky time for us as our parents are ageing and desperately want to stay at home and be as independent as possible.
The management team in the office at Syston are so accommodating and understanding. Meeting with our parents, they showed true
respect and understanding of their current needs. The service their team provide is excellent, timely and friendly, and our parents are so pleased to see the providers each time they come into their home.
Communication, including weekly rotas and invoicing, is timely, and contact with the management team is truly efficient and effective.
Without a doubt, this team is a great service provider, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
