We have had a positive experience with Helpful Hearts in supporting our autistic daughter. The staff demonstrate a good understanding of autism and provide care that is person-centred, respectful, and tailored to her individual needs.
Communication with the agency has been clear and timely. We
are kept informed about our daughter's care, and any questions or concerns we raise are responded to promptly and professionally. The carers follow agreed routines and support strategies, showing attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of consistency for neurodivergent children.
The agency is well organised and reliable, and the staff conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. We feel reassured that our daughter's wellbeing and dignity are treated as priorities.
Overall, we are satisfied with the standard of care provided

I cannot recommend Helpful Hearts highly enough. They have looked after my Dad for the past few months, and the experience has been wonderful. The carers are professional, kind, and truly go above and beyond-nothing was ever too much trouble.
Behind the scenes, the management and office team were
equally fantastic, making the coordination of care seamless and stress-free. Most importantly, my dad was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. He formed a special bond with each and every person who cared for him, and they were able to make him laugh every single day, he looked forward to seeing a friendly face every visit. We are going to miss them all dearly and can't recommend their services enough to any family looking for high-quality, compassionate care

After searching for a care provider to see to mums needs we found Helpful Hearts and so glad we did.
They are a very Professional, caring organisation who go out of their way to match your needs and fit you in their busy schedule.
They have an amazing team of carers who have all been perfect for
mums needs, very friendly and approachable nothing is too much trouble.
The service is second to none which leaves us with peace of mind that mum is having the best care.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending this lovely company.

Mum is happy with her care, she says that the carers are all friendly and meet her personal hygiene and care needs adequately.
A particular staff member always responds quickly to messages and is always very helpful understanding of mums requests and needs.

The care my mum receives from helpfulhearts is out standing the carers look after her so well and provide all the care she needs always on time and always polite they always check if she needs any district nurse intervention

I m very happy with the service provided . My two children's are very happy to their activity when is their day to go. They really enjoy.

Helpful Hearts support my dad who has dementia and now palliative care. Wonderful support is given always. The carers are all friendly, happy and open to listening how you prefer your loved one to be cared for. They are patient and never rush and value consistency wherever possible. We cannot thank
Helpful Hearts enough for the support they have provided us over the last year or more. They go above and beyond and bring joy to the day when they visit.
Communication is excellent, always approachable and accommodating.
We recommend this service provider everywhere we go, as they have been a god send to the whole family.

Helpful hearts have been caring for my mother in law for about 18 months. Due to their care, 4 times a day, she has been able to stay in her own home.
All the staff are pleasant and have an excellent attitude. They are proactive, informing the family, if they have any concerns.

Fantastic carers, always on time, has built a rapport with my mum, very professional, helps out in an emergency care. And my mum misses them when they are not here. They don't just do the caring, they go that extra mile, maintains my mums bedroom and bathroom, folds and puts my mums clothes away and
the list goes on. I have used many care agencies but Helpful Hearts is the best.

I can't praise the girls enough for all the care they give to my friend and how helpful they have been over the last couple of months when my husband was in hospital, giving her meals. I left while I nipped up to see him and they asked how he was. They all deserve a gold star and a pat on the back
and a big thank you for such good care 100/100 from me I would recommend you all to everyone

The staff have a laugh with him which he enjoys.

Amazing care company. The carers are so caring and understanding and did an amazing job caring for my wonderful mum. Only wish we had this company a long time ago as we only had them for a short time, as Mum passed away. One lady especially is a wonderful carer and couldn't do enough to help my mum,
what a brilliant team you are. Thank you for everything that you did, much appreciated.

Had Helpful Hearts in caring for my mum since October 4 times a day. So happy, pleased, and appreciative of all they do for Mum. Keep her clean, and give her a good wash. They are friendly when they talk to Mum and me when I see them. Good with communication, writing notes, etc. On time and makes
Mum meals and gives her medication. They clean the toilet, wash the dishes, and keep Mum's house clean. Leave time to talk to Mum to reassure her. Be good for Mum now to arrange a day centre now lighter.

Positive experience, attentive carers, service have been able to adjust care to Mum's needs as much as they are able to. Carers do arrive on time the majority of the time. If they are running late, they will keep you informed. Easy to contact the provider if any concerns.

The warmth and caring attitudes of the staff towards my dad have been wonderful. Smiling and considerate.
They are excellent at listening to their needs and preferences. They go above the level of service expectations.
They have given me confidence and more importantly, they ensure my dad's
safety.
I truly value our connection to this company.
