The core values of the agency are to empower clients and ensure that they maintain their independence and stay in their own homes.

Mum is happy with her care, she says that the carers are all friendly and meet her personal hygiene and care needs adequately.
A particular staff member always responds quickly to messages and is always very helpful understanding of mums requests and needs.

Helpful Hearts support my dad who has dementia and now palliative care. Wonderful support is given always. The carers are all friendly, happy and open to listening how you prefer your loved one to be cared for. They are patient and never rush and value consistency wherever possible. We cannot thank
Helpful Hearts enough for the support they have provided us over the last year or more. They go above and beyond and bring joy to the day when they visit.
Communication is excellent, always approachable and accommodating.

Helpful hearts have been caring for my mother in law for about 18 months. Due to their care, 4 times a day, she has been able to stay in her own home.
All the staff are pleasant and have an excellent attitude. They are proactive, informing the family, if they have any concerns.

Fantastic carers, always on time, has built a rapport with my mum, very professional, helps out in an emergency care. And my mum misses them when they are not here. They don't just do the caring, they go that extra mile, maintains my mums bedroom and bathroom, folds and puts my mums clothes away and
the list goes on. I have used many care agencies but Helpful Hearts is the best.

I can't praise the girls enough for all the care they give to my friend and how helpful they have been over the last couple of months when my husband was in hospital, giving her meals. I left while I nipped up to see him and they asked how he was. They all deserve a gold star and a pat on the back and

So far my daughter has enjoyed her weekend out with the carers and I have been getting respite at the weekends she's out. The carers are very nice and always sends me pictures of my daughter having fun at the parks. Keep up the good work.

Amazing care company. The carers are so caring and understanding and did an amazing job caring for my wonderful mum. Only wish we had this company a long time ago as we only had them for a short time, as Mum passed away. One lady especially is a wonderful carer and couldn't do enough to help my mum,

Had Helpful Hearts in caring for my mum since October 4 times a day. So happy, pleased, and appreciative of all they do for Mum. Keep her clean, and give her a good wash. They are friendly when they talk to Mum and me when I see them. Good with communication, writing notes, etc. On time and makes Mum
meals and gives her medication. They clean the toilet, wash the dishes, and keep Mum's house clean. Leave time to talk to Mum to reassure her. Be good for Mum now to arrange a day centre now lighter.

Positive experience, attentive carers, service have been able to adjust care to Mum's needs as much as they are able to. Carers do arrive on time the majority of the time. If they are running late, they will keep you informed. Easy to contact the provider if any concerns.
