Qualifications and training include NVQ Level 3 and Level 2 in Social Care, plus specialist training in medication administration, health and safety, and business communication. Her wider experience spans care coordination, unit and team leadership, staff supervision and appraisals, medication administration and care-plan review, alongside strong administrative and IT skills.
