View Full Details of New Age CareI would like to thank two members of staff. At first I was worried about leaving Mom as it was all new to having someone to help me I made my mind up and changed my mind as soon as I seen these 2 lovely ladies caring individually my mind was changed. I didn't think anyone would put so much effort and quality of care into a person. My point of contact with two carers was amazing. One of them is still in the background he is a different force and so helpful. Sadly 17/5/25 mom passed away and for the short time I new he'd helped me. Your care company have lovely staff even after the passing of a loved one. Kindest regards
Concerns raised by myself regarding length of time my mother was left between evening & breakfast visit. Concern responded to quickly by manager and timings immediately improved. My mother experienced an unexplained wound to her shoulder which was followed up promptly by carers & the office contacted DNs and kept me informed.
My aunt receives daily care from the company to assist her in the management of medication. Unfortunately she previously had forgotten to take medication and this had led to her being admitted to hospital for a suspected stroke. This fortunately turned out to be not the case. However her daughter and myself decided that in order for this not to occur again we should engage carers to monitor the situation. My aunt is able to remain in her retirement flat with the daily visits in place to ensure that she is able to continue in this way. There is always a good response from the company for any further support and we know that we will be able to review this as the situation develops and changes. My cousin and I are very appreciative of the help, support and reassurance from the company, in what can be very difficult circumstances. Thank you
I have joined in both a Sunday Lunch Club and Fish and Chip Friday Club. Both events were well attended and well organised. The staff go the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable and welcome. Hearing one gentleman say he hadn't been out and had a pint in many years, and how much it meant to him was heartwarming. Just seeing everyone enjoying themselves and able to socialise meant a lot, and New Age Care provides a lot of activities throughout the month for all clients to enjoy and to stimulate them. I highly recommend New Age Care to anyone seeking to find a company to trust them to look after their loved ones. The owner, and her staff go over and above for their clients, and nothing is too much trouble. Her, and the team she has assembled, are a credit to the care profession.
My wife and I engaged the company last July to give support to our adult son who has a disability. The management from our original enquiry have been attentive and have tried have to provide the right level of which a complex. In particular the same carer visits each week which provides continuity. The regular carer tries hard to work with our son to achieve what's required. The company is run efficiently. Their invoicing is always accurate and on time as are the weekly notifications about upcoming visits. Most importantly, all management from the most senior levels are always easily and directly Contactable
I was happy to speak to a particular staff member here on 4/3. Over '50' carers excellent.
When your parent has increasing support and care needs but they always wanted to stay in their own home, it is a time of great anxiety and uncertainty. We built trust with New Age Care (NAC) initially through accessing companionship sessions ahead of committing to a live in carer situation. NAC have minimised the number of different carers involved in Dad's care and he approaches changes of carer to support his regular carer's break positively because he knows he will get on well with the replacement. He always looks forward to his regular carer coming back though - she's amazing!
I have the best experience with all team members and managers. Very happy and find dealing with my health issues much easier than before. All agents are great helpful and friendly. Recommend to anyone who need help and support with everyday tasks Many thanks to all !! Keep doing what you're doing!!! Well done.
I would definitely recommend New age care to anyone.my mother is really happy so is the family with the care she receives. The carers are lovely and supportive to my mom and family . The office are also very helpful and make sure mom receives the care. All go the extra mile Thank you all
The staff who came are extremely considerate and caring- but often very tired.
Prompt help - friendly and efficient carers.
The carers are all considerate, all caring, in all aspects of my husband's early morning washing and medical needs. We are both very happy with the services provided. Having the delivery of a fish and chip supper is a treat we enjoy on the odd occasion, an extra bonus as we cannot visit restaurants now.
This is probably one of the best improvements for our life now that we are in old age. All the staff have been so good. A very great help.
Never having had to use a carer until a few months ago, I find having help puts my mind at ease. I am scared of falling and having help in the shower is a relief. My husband also has some care. The only thing we don't like is having different carers than the ones we are used to and are comfortable with. We don't like the change of carers.
My Mum is now very frail and very deaf. Most of the time she is happy with the care given. She finds it difficult to understand some of the caregivers. I think more initiative is needed i.e. if time allows maybe Hoover and dust or clean the toilet etc.
My father requires assistance getting in and out of the shower and washing. All three carers that my father has met so far have all been lovely and engaging.
My Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is at the stage that I'm no longer able to look after myself. I have had several care companies over the last 15 years. I have to say that my current care company, New Age Care are doing an excellent job looking after me I have two carers in the morning to get me up, and dressed and give breakfast and lunch sandwiches prepared. One carer at tea time to give me something to eat. Two more carers to put me to bed. These carers deserve a mention for the excellent care they give me.
Excellent service and very friendly carers who support my dad very well each time they visit. They supported me during the changeover from a previous care company. Highly recommended indeed, no problem.
My husband is absolutely delighted with his care from your company, as am I. His times of calls are much better suited to him and his carers come in with a smile which is a refreshing change. I have noticed that the work area is left clean and tidy after each visit and this has been particularly pleasing for me. He has had a book read to him when time allows and he has really loved this. I cannot find any fault with his care. It's great.
We find (me and my wife) the care agency very good.
