New Age Care have been so supportive and understanding from the first call I made to them, relating the needs of my brother. They organised appropriate one to one suppprt for my brother, who hoped to meet new people/ make new friendships and enjoy a full social life. New Age gained a good understanding of my brother's complex needs and have given suitable support, ensuring my brother widens his scope to visit new places, and meet different people. It's been a great start to my brother's mission to enjoy such a full social life and engage with his local church and community groups. My brother is thrilled with his trips out and New Age are great at giving feedback about trips out, which is so reassuring.. My brother's happiness is my happiness. Thank you New Age Care. We look forward to the next steps to broaden the horizons for my brother!

I can't recommend New Age Care's travel companion service highly enough

Travelling from Australia to London with a disability is a little daunting but from the very beginning, Samantha and her team went above and beyond. The pre-planning was thorough an thoughtful, making sure every detail was covered before I even left home.

From arrival through to departure, the care and support I received were exceptional. The staff were not only highly professional, but genuinely kind and attentive. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease in an unfamiliar place.

Because of their support, I was able to truly enjoy my trip without stress or worry. It made such a difference to my overall experience, and I'm incredibly grateful.

If you're considering travel with extra support, this service is outstanding.

The carers are very supportive, friendly and are excellent at looking after my sister. It is refreshing to know she is being well looked after.

New Age Care team show great flexibility and are on hand to flex to our needs which can be at short notice and they always do everything to accommodate. We can't praise the New Age team enough for all the help & support they provide to my dad. It's not only the excellent day to day care he receives it's all the extra activities he's able to get involved in like Sunday lunch club which has been life changing for him. The carers are always polite professional & engaging the whole mentality of New Age Care seems to be very much a 'can do' attitude. We can't thanks you all enough for everything you do for my dad.

New Age Care looks after my friend very well, she always looks well kept and smart, her meals look nice and appetising, and her carers are polite and engaging.

I am very satisfied with all the staff who come to my home. They are very friendly and efficient and leave the kitchen clean and tidy. I always look forward to seeing them.

Whilst its early days the support and care for Mum has been fabulous.

The team have been professional, always respond quickly when contacted and the caring side is just excellent. Mum requires calm and gentle which is exactly what she receives.

New Age Care have made my life very comfortable since I had a stroke five years ago. This has involved not only personal services but also being taken out each week, either hopping or to go to events and visiting houses managed by the National Trust. They have enabled me to go on 2 holidays involving cruises aboard and also going to shows and other entertainment. To sum up, they give me a good life at my old age!

Since 2022, New Age Care have provided live-in care for my mum. Their team is responsive, reliable, and genuinely committed, and the standard of care has been consistently excellent.

They've been especially helpful and understanding as her needs have changed, including during periods of hospital admission and discharge, which made a difficult process much easier.

We chose them for their attention to detail, flexibility, and the consistent support they've given not only to my mum but to our whole family while navigating the UK care system.

I arranged care with this provider. Unfortunately, the service was consistently unreliable and poorly managed.

There was an ongoing pattern of shortened visits, carers leaving early, and in some cases visits not taking place at all. Most concerningly, I was left without care on consecutive days with no notice or communication, despite having essential care needs at the time.

Communication was inconsistent and unclear. I was not always informed of changes, and there was confusion around scheduling. I was also repeatedly offered different carers, resulting in a lack of continuity and no consistent support.

The quality of care was variable. Tasks were sometimes left incomplete or required me to redo them, which caused additional physical strain. There were also instances where practices did not feel safe.

Overall, the service did not meet a reasonable standard of reliability, organisation, or consistency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

The carers are always cheerful when they visit and when they give me personal care they are kind and caring. I like the early start to come to me and the trimmings during the day fit into my needs well. I also like the late time I am put to bed.

As a carer along with New Age Care, I find I can ring and ask for help, whether my husband gets stuck on commode and can't move his legs to get back to his chair, as someone to come with us when he has hospital appointments and stays with us the whole time. This kind of support and help means a lot to me and makes the time I care for my husband along with New Age Care so much easier and I can cope.

It was a good day when I found New Age.

New Age Care have been consistent, thoughtful, and reliable when it came to helping and looking after the stubborn and independent, friend I sought help for, she now is incredibly thankful and looks forward to the carers visit,.
