I wish to express the good work the staff do every day with genuine care and compassion. Most time they have to deal with the service users and their relatives like me. The provider education/information and assurance and encouragement while we experience anxiety, unknown future and hopelessness.
They all make a difference in their client lives and ours as we deal our own pain and difficulties. They sometimes go a second mile going beyond providing more than we expect in spite of the busyness. I've had a very good service and experience.

Fairest care has the most wonderful team of carers. They go above and beyond everyday to make sure our friend is well looked after. Nothing is to much trouble for them. The carers are always on time, polite and extremely kind. The mangers of the company are just as wonderful always keeping us up to
date. A lovely care company which I highly recommend.

I can fully recommend fairest care as they where truly wonderful and caring with my mum even at the time as she passed away, and they always gave me plenty of advice whenever I needed it, so anyone needing any care don't look any further than fairest care.

Fairest Care's staff have been consistently friendly and approachable. They offer advice as and when needed and are also ready to listen and take on board our comments and suggestions about their service. The carers are always punctual, arriving on time and when this is not the case we are either
informed by their central office by phone or the carers will explain the reason for any delay.
Their visits have become a welcome part of our day.

Fairest Care is a family run business which shines through in everything they do. They treat their clients with care and dignity going above and beyond whatever is required of them. They keep us updated and answer any questions or queries we have promptly. I would highly recommend Fairest Care to
anyone who is looking for care to support a family member.
