GoodOaks has been a god send for looking after my mother. She is a very independent and private person who doesn't like fuss. The people at GoodOaks were able to make her feel comfortable and happy to be part of their care and support. The ladies that visit her are now friends and that helps with
her continued care. Thank you all at GoodOaks.

Good Oaks care started caring for my Mum in December 2025. They were immediately very accommodating and helped us through a difficult period, the previous care had broken down, and they helped us at short notice. From the beginning, communication was excellent, transparency with open and honest
communication. Immediately addressing any issues, which after previous experience with other agencies. was very refreshing.
The care Itself is professional with a caring and sensible approach. They also helped out with extra duties, cleaning and tidying a very cluttered house.
The professional way in which this care agency runs, stands out for me. Excellent communication and their responsible approach to dealing with any difficulties that may arise. As in, communication with other agencies, social services when the need arrises which has been extremely helpful and much better than other care agencies I have experienced previously.

Both ladies who care for my husband for washing and dressing are very understanding because of his condition. That being vascular dementia/altzheimer and also isn't very mobile. They have the ability to cheer him up and make him feel comfortable when sometimes he doesn't feel like washing and
dressing.

Really caring staff, always chatty and friendly with client. Always engage with her and promote conversation and interaction. Local staff so able to talk about the area, and events that have occurred relevant to client. Ask questions to stimulate her which she really enjoys. All staff a real asset
and a credit to the company.
Exemplary attention to health and safety, up to date records kept of medication and service information of gas fires, stair lifts etc.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The moment one of the staff members came to asses my elderly mother I knew straight away that this was the carers I wanted for mum. Full of compassion and kindness but also professional. They have helped me so much , whenever I needed any advise they were right there at the end of the phone . I
would thoroughly recommend Goodoaks to anyone for good care of their loved ones.

My first experience with a care company and it was perfect for my needs.
Knowledgeable and caring. Reliable and empathetic. I think the manager is building a high level support company in mid Cheshire.

It was my first time having carers to come in and look after mum in my home, mum had always been fiercely independent up until a month ago , after a UTI knocked her for six, there was a big adjustment for all of us but when the lady came to do an assignment on mum, I knew straight away that this
care provider was the right fit for us and I wasn't wrong. My first time away for a weekend leaving her was hard but the girls were all so lovely and looked after mum so well, not only that, they took the time to sit down and talk to her, the company she craves. I would 100% recommend GoodOaks to anyone wanting the best care for their loved ones . Thank you especially to one lady, you are a beautiful person inside and out. Thank you
