I would not recommend this business to anyone! We were given a care package in March and last week were informed by Adult Social Care that in 2 days the package would cease. There was nothing from the owner and at the time the carer who came wasn’t aware. My partner's care manager was on leave, so
Social Services suggested a care home as an emergency. I refused as he had waited in hospital for 8 weeks for a package. If you want “care” this is not the company you need. They don’t care! I have given the ratings below based on the carers who looked after him, not the management!
