Our family have peace of mind that our father is been cared for very well as his mobility declines, which means that he can remain living at home where he has lived for 56 years. His live-in carer is very kind, attentive, gentle, patient and very professional. Our father has early signs of vascular
dementia and he is a Type I insulin dependent diabetic which means that the Carer has to be very aware of any medical changes - she manages these with ease. I would highly recommend this agency. When the carer has annual leave, the Agency always manage replacements in plenty of time which includes an opportunity to meet the 'stand-in carer' before she takes on the role - this is very important not only for my father to know who will be caring and living with him him, but for us as a family too. A good testament to the Carer is that when I am alone with my father I ask him "how is going with the Carer Dad" and he always comments very positively and I can see that he is happy and content.

Friendly, professional, well qualified and trustworthy care for our loved one who is a Type 1 insulin controlled Diabetic and also has Dementia. Our nurse promotes independence but is there with a steady hand to guide and to listen to the same stories ! I have peace of mind knowing she is well
cared for .
