We have been using Liberty Carers since January of this year. The care and consistency during this time has been good. In the last two weeks my father's health rapidly deteriorated and we were in need of more personal care for him. This was quickly organised and each carer we came in contact with
were kind, compassionate and professional. We have been very happy with the service we have received.

Very inconsistent with contract terms - with visits and the timing of visits, which tend to be worst over the weekends too.
Seriously concerned, and worried about the body waste disposal methodology of the team members. (Training Issues). Contamination/Infection Issue/Concern - Usually find, used
blue-coloured hand gloves dumped along my corridor, the bathroom areas. Usually will find fragments, broken bits of used blue coloured-gloves on the landing and stairways, or inadequately disposed inside the bin outside and at times a bid to rush out to the next client, it's dumped on my driveway.
Attitude to work: 50% of the staff that attend to this household shouldn't be in the job, hardly provide the services required, paid by NHS, but simply in a hurry to complete the shift.
You hardly can speak to the management, to address these concerns.
