Honest Senior Care was recommended to us and we had no previous experience of the care sector. At our very first meeting I was put at ease and I was particularly struck by the fact that who my mother was as a person was just as important to them as what she needed. We were particularly grateful that they were able to take mum on at short notice. The service worked seamlessly and every single member of the team who attended my mother was warm, friendly, and professional. We got to recognise them as a limited number were involved and they not only cared for her but gave us support and advice right up to mum's passing, we couldn't have made this journey without them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We have been using Honest Senior Care to care for my Grandmother since June and I honestly couldn't fault them. From day one, the level of care has been absolutely brilliant. My Grandmother is being very well looked after, and the carers consistently go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and supported. She has the same carers each week who now know her well, and they are always punctual and reliable. Having experienced another care company previously, the difference is remarkable. The team really do deliver the outstanding care they promise. My Grandmother says how careful, friendly and sympathetic all the staff are, and it's clear that they treat her with genuine kindness and respect. They are professional yet personal, providing not just a service but true care. It gives me peace of mind to know she is in such good hands, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate home care.

I have been receiving support from Honest Senior Care for several months, following a long stay in hospital resulting from significant spinal surgery. In the beginning, I had the same carer visiting in the week and a different one at weekends. I am now managing without weekend care. The consistency of staff (same carer each day in the week) has been tremendously helpful, as I also experience anxiety. The carers have demonstrated a clear understanding of my needs and are doing everything they can to support me to reach my goal of living independently again. A slight concern has been a lack of communication from senior management at times, but any issues have been quickly resolved. Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending Honest Senior Care.

I received personal recommendation (always the best way!) from my Mum's neighbour's who are using Honest Senior Care for their relative. The care and communication provided by all members of the HSC team is second to none. We receive a monthly schedule detailing which carer is visiting on the relevant date and invoicing is clear and concise. Response to any query/concern is very swift. Mum's needs can vary week by week, some weeks requiring more assistance than others and nothing is too much trouble for the carers attending her. They are empathetic to her needs and go out of their way to ensure everything has been carried out to her satisfaction. It's a great comfort to be able to view the carers' written report in HSC's app, to help us keep appraised with the situation as we live some 50 miles away from Mum and we're keen for Mum to continue living in her own home for as long as possible, all thanks to HSC's amazing team and service

A particular member of staff and her team of carers at Honest Senior Care are professional and compassionate support service. From the beginning they have been calm, respectful and supportive every step of the way with my father. I'd highly recommend.

Honest Senior Care have been providing care for my Mother, who has Dementia. The carers are warm, compassionate and professional. The company has been extremely flexible with appointments, allowing us to tailor care for my Mum around appointments and time spent with different family members; which has been invaluable to my Mum and the family.

Honest senior care have assisted with looking after my father for approx 9months. My father has the same regular carers.This has enabled him to build a relationship with them and he looks forward to their visits.

I received a personal recommendation for Honest Senior Care, as I was very reluctant to use an agency. The care and communication is really good, much better than I have experienced elsewhere. They are a small agency which means a more personal service. On the downside it may limit their ability to take on clients who need lots of calls throughout the day, so we're waiting a little while to increase Dad's care. That's my only criticism. Otherwise I have been very pleasantly surprised with the support and finding the app reassuring as I can see the carer write up straight away. Would definitely recommend

Honest Senior Care has been providing care for my husband since January 2025. It has only been a few months but the difference made to both of us has proved so beneficial. He manages Parkinson's and in recent months has needed more support. We asked for 4 hour blocks of time and a regular carer, which they could accommodate. This meant that he can build both a relationship and trust with his carer which was most important. She has proved a breath of fresh air. He is treated with respect and dignity at all times, providing support ensuring medication is taken, exercises are completed, cooks meals, helps with personal care and is willing to take him out for appointments but most importantly for coffee and cake. We would certainly recommend Honest Senior Care.

The service that has been given to looking after my husband has been good. The staff are always efficient and are respectful and very helpful which means a lot to both him and me. I have found that they will listen to any concerns I have with my husband's deterioration in health are often able to offer suggestions that are helpful in my caring for him. All in all, we are happy with the team and look forward to a lasting relationship with your company.

I have used Honest Senior Care for visiting care, respite care and now live-in care for my husband with Parkinson's and Dementia. All of the team are absolutely fantastic with my husband. They are all kind, caring, compassionate and friendly. He cherishes his time with each of the carers that he sees, as well as his live-in carer. I would highly recommend honest senior care to anyone who is looking for a care company that genuinely cares about the people they care for, as well as their staff.

Honest Care's weekly visit provided invaluable respite for me as my wife's Alzheimer's condition progressed and the carers also gave me really helpful practical advice about caring for her. She engaged with them and I was able to get out of the house and know she was safe. In the last couple of months, her condition rapidly deteriorated and I needed additional support which Honest Senior Care provided very quickly and I was so grateful for the support during a very difficult time leading up to my wife moving into a nursing home.

Since we have been working with Honest Care they have been kind and understanding, always available and supportive. My grandmother really engages with and enjoys the visits from the carers and often mentions how wonderful they are. It has made a difficult situation much easier to cope with.

Excellent communication and attention to detail. Staff were pleasant and conversed with my father on a regular basis, I would have no problem in recommending them going forward. He was treated with dignity and respect.

My 97-year-old mother had been living with my wife and me for 18 years since my father died. As she became more frail we struggled to take care of her daily needs. Because she also had Alzheimer's we felt a nursing home would be stressful for her. Choosing Honest Senior Care was the perfect option. The team were marvellous with my Mum, they treated her professionally but with kindness and compassion. They made a difficult and stressful time so much easier. We will always be grateful to them. We hope this review will help other people make the right choice for their loved ones when the time comes, within a very short time of getting to know the team we knew we had chosen correctly. They adapted to our requirements and were helpful and flexible as the situation changed. Thanks to the manager and all his staff.
