Done well. My only difficulty is that my situation remains about the same but in the past reviews I list what I require but after a while the requests are forgotten and revert, especially no male carers - occasionally a male is listed. No carer before 11:30 or 12. Recently offered 10 am again - but
have an excellent, consistent carer currently who really understands my needs. That is excellent - just what I require.

The carers have all been fantastic cheering mum up and making sure she is well fed + has drink near. Always flagging any issues/problems to me. They have also helped with district nursing calls and flagging medication issues to 111 promptly. I feel confident that she is well cared for when I can't
be here or in work. Thank you. Highly recommended. xx

Very helpful, quite knowledgeable, try to be as professional as possible, helping me around the flat if needed, doing certain tasks. It's essential that they have got a car. They have in a way saved my life, taking me out to appointments, doing the shopping and taking me ton trips.

Following a sudden increase in my mother's need for care, Guardian Angels stepped up really quickly from once a week to daily visits. The managers were wonderful, giving great advice as well as awareness of different individual needs and preferences. The carers without exception are kind, keen,
willing and efficient. I am so grateful.

The care provided is second to none. Information on the timings of visits is excellent, carers are on time and always courteous, always good humoured and respectful, and actually care for those they are caring for. Nothing is too much trouble should time permit. Greatly appreciated.

I was highly recommended Guardian Angels by a very good friend of mine after she required their services for her parents.
We only required the services of Guardian Angels for two weeks as my mother-in-law has now gone into a care home. However, the two weeks the carers were attending to mum-in-law
proved invaluable to her because each carer, without exception, provided a very high level of care, kindness and professionalism.

Guardian Angels are a complete godsend. They have been primarily supporting my mother (91) but also do a lot to help my father (90) too. They have been supporting my parents for several months. They help Mum to cook a main lunchtime meal and provide further support in the evening. They also do lots
of other helpful things around the house. I really don't know how as a family we would manage without them. They make it possible for my parents to be at home, together.

Very efficient service. Carers are fully responsive to my needs and are always prepared to do that little bit extra. The carers are always punctual allowing for local traffic conditions. They always stay for the allotted time.

Mum has had a live-in carer (on rotation) for the last 3.5 months. I cannot thank the amazing efficient staff and the carers enough for their professionalism, efficiency and perseverance. I say perseverance because the situation with Mum's dementia can be challenging at times but they never fail to
resolve and diffuse issues, all with good nature and understanding. The carers are so well trained and they know when she cannot always express what is wrong and their patience is unending. I am constantly in awe of how hard they work from morning to evening and through the night without complaint and in good humour. You are all wonderful.

Guardian Angels Carers stepped in as soon as my mother returned to her own home from a residential care home. She was assessed the same day and care was put into place immediately. A care plan was drawn up by the assessor and so far, all has worked well. Thank you, Angels!

Absolutely fantastic service, my brother is a different person since using Guardian Angels. He's so happy. And it's enabled me to take a step back and concentrate on my own job and family. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been receiving help from my husband (who has dementia) since August 2023. For the first few months care was up and down with different times and carers. Now things have settled and we are very happy and my husband loves having a chat with them all.

I sadly suffered a significant parachuting accident whilst serving in the air force. It was life-changing, now being a tetraplegic and unable to walk. I require 24/7 live-in care, which is vitally important to me being able to live a fulfilling and as independent life as possible, from the comfort
of home.
On this journey I have received care from a variety of providers, who have sadly failed me on numerous occasions.
My mental health definitely took a turn for the worse!
Everything changed for the better after being introduced to Guardian Angel Carers Cardiff. The team have excelled, implementing and ensuring the best levels of care are being delivered. It has been completely refreshing - the team from the owners, to office staff and carers have all gone above and beyond. I don’t sit in worry anymore with concerns of who will be letting me down next.
I can fully recommend Guardian Angel Carers Cardiff. A wonderful service that you can trust and a team I’m incredibly grateful for!

My connection with Guardian Angels started within 2 - 3 days of an urgent request being made by my eldest daughter.
Since then I have met many carers, whose knowledge and assistance have proved invaluable, resulting in an improvement in my health and wellbeing, which has been noticed by many
members of my family, as well as the carers themselves.
As well as helping me with my unsteadiness as appropriate, I have made many new friends, Important to me following the loss of my wife after 65 years of marriage in 2022.
I'll be 91 this year, but realise how lucky I am, as I often say 'I've still got all my marbles!'

Guardian Angels came in as night sitters, they came 3 nights per week. My mum would usually be in bed when they came but they always had a little chat with her reassuring her that they would be there all night, (sitting in the next room as requested by us). As Mum’s health deteriorated the ladies
sat by Mum's bed all night, showing Mum love, respect, and kindness until she died just a few weeks later. I was contacted by the company a few times just to ask if everything was ok and asking if there was anything more they could do for Mum or us as a family, in a professional but friendly caring way which we appreciated
I would definitely recommend this company!

The service provided continues to be of a high standard and the carers are all very friendly and liked by my mum. We recently needed to rearrange a session because of a hospital appointment and the office were very easy to deal with and were able to accommodate the change with no fuss.

Great service from a professional organisation. Clear information and helpful guidance made a new and challenging matter much easier to put in place.
The initial meeting went very well, and the team from then on have always been helpful, especially with all the changes I kept putting to them!
No
faults at all. Carers are always polite and helpful to my elderly uncle.
I felt reassured that he would always be safe and well looked after.
