Since moving to Willow Adult Care, Mum has stated that the carers are the best she has ever had.
She always looks forward to them coming; they are kind and genuinely caring.
Since first contact and very fast initial assessment, and then being able to start the next day, was amazing, as the
previous care company just stopped coming with no notice or apology, so this was refreshing to find such a good service provider. Many thanks to all the staff.

My uncle has been receiving excellent care from Willow Adult Care for over a year now. We are very happy with the service you provide. My uncle tells me every day he likes the carers he feels they take care of his dignity at all times. The personal care given is exemplary! My uncle remains
comfortable in his own home and this is achieved by the visits by your staff at home. Recently after a spell in hospital, the care was increased to 3 visits a day and a food and eating plan was introduced. This is always done with my uncle's independence in mind. We have excellent communication with the staff who keep us informed of any changes for our attention. My uncle refers to Willow staff as his family they go above and beyond expectations. Thank you.

My mum was treated with the highest standard of care by the carers. They were always on time and made sure that my mum's needs were always met. It was nice to have a company that cared about their client's well-being, as they would always let me know if there was a problem with my mum. I would
definitely recommend this company.

My mother is a new client of Willow Adult Care Services and we are very happy to have them onboard. They are nothing but kind, efficient, caring and professional. We know my mother is in good hands which is important as I live abroad. My mother is also very pleased with their support and kindness.

I was pleased with the service and my late wife formed a very strong bond with her carer, which brought her and myself much comfort in her final days. There is nothing I can add to the above comments that will be of any value.

The family are all very pleased with the care our uncle is receiving. The carers are all very friendly and treat him with great dignity at all times. They have all forged good relationships with our uncle. They go above and beyond the call of duty. He says that he thinks of them as family. My
sister, cousin and I are happy that he is being cared for well. Any issues are flagged up with us and dealt with promptly.

I have been very happy with the carers who have been looking after my mother they are punctual and efficient and I know she is pleased with them. My mother is pleased that the same carer attends her regularly as they have a good rapport.

My carer and I have established a great relationship. For my part, I have found him to be cheerful, helpful and always upbeat.
Days, when I wake up less than happy with life and my current state of health are seen as a challenge to my carer. He points out how much progress I have made since we
met, and all the things I have to look forward to.
He gets on well with my family and it seems that nothing is too much trouble for him.
You should be proud and thankful that you have an employee as good as him. Thank you for letting me meet him.
