Excellent staff.

The carers who look after my father were wonderful. They looked after him for 3 months until his death, and in that time they were always pleased to see him, showed him great compassion and dignity and had a laugh with him also. They were also very kind to my mother and kept her morale boosted at
the tricky times. It takes a special person to be a carer for the elderly, and the team from Vibrant Home Care were fantastic. We were so lucky to have them. I would definitely recommend them to others who need home carers. Thank you.

All the care staff have been great in supporting my Mother. They have all shown care, respect and empathy and have been very friendly and communicated as necessary. Thank you for looking after her so well.

The carers that look after my wife are the best. 3 carers in particular we could be lost without them and you should be very very proud of them. Brilliant people.

Vibrant personnel looked after my wife from 01/12/2023 until her death on 13/12/2023. There were three visits of two-person teams per day. Without exception, all the individuals were professional in their approach and were caring and sympathetic to the patient. Usually, one of the team was more
experienced than the other. But they all treated my wife with dignity and as an individual and always did their best to minimise any discomfort when carrying out their duties. It was a pleasure to have them visit us.

Overall the service provided by Vibrant is good. My husband has a lot of medical problems and is a very complex case. It would be more advantageous for there not to be so many changes to carers. My husband is very anxious due to his breathing condition and it has been advised to myself that the
constant change doesn't help him, the respiratory team have said. So where possible, the same carers that he trusts would be good. I understand sometimes it can't be helped but lately we have had many changes.
