Sophie and the whole team cared for my Mum for her last few months and I cannot praise them enough, From a very skeptical client initially the communication, care and bond which all of the team developed with Mum and the family meant they quickly became a trusted support and advice for the family
during a difficult time. Practically they never missed a beat on turning up exactly when they were scheduled on time , 100% dependable, which was fantastic. Anyone looking for care in this area could certainly do a lot worse than engaging with In Home Care .

I am very happy with this care company. The carers are all very efficient, the time keeping is excellent. Communication is amazing and as a client I know I am fully informed.
I have personal care morning and night and help with my meals.
Before the carers leave everywhere is tidied up and during
their time in my home they are very pleasant with both conversation and support and always very polite.
I feel safe, well looked after all in a dignified way
I'm sure management plays a big part in this operation, it's a well run and well organised company.

We have been very pleased with the care & support provided by In Home Care. The management team have been very supportive & responsive to the complex & rapidly changing care needs of our parents. Communication has been much easier than with previous care providers & any issues raised have been dealt
with promptly.
The live in carer has been great for my mum, engaging her in activities she enjoys and encouraging her independence as much as possible. Visiting carers for my dad always arrive at the expected time, and have been kind, caring and compassionate. There has been a small pool of carers visiting, enabling them all to get to know his needs & training was arranged promptly for staff to meet his specific care needs.

From the beginning of contact with In Home Care, I felt that communication was good.
After an assessment visit from the Care Manager, to discuss and determine our needs, I felt I had confidence in the agency.
All the carers that came to visit Mum were always respectful and really lovely.
Management were prompt in replying, if I contacted them.
We had minimal support initially, but then an increase in support, as needed and over several months.
If I had to use a care agency again, I wouldn't hesitate to return to In Home Care and I would like to say a heartfelt Thank you, to all of you.

The manager runs a fabulous team of incredibly competent and empathetic carers, we have formed a bond with each and every one, as they have helped us so much, with care, with emotional support, keeping our loved one safe, happy and confident and looking forward to visits. Huge shout out to all of
them, at this horrible time for our family, we feel we have a blanket of love and support and are so grateful to have the team with us on this journey. No task too big or too small, they fit in everything at a very reasonable time span, truly try their hardest.

Have had a few care companies previously and have not had a good service. In Home Care are an excellent company. They are reliable, caring, and friendly, and will offer to do anything for us, and it works well. We have a really good relationship with the Director who listens to what we need and the
carers are superb. They have made a difference to us as a family.

I'm extremely grateful for the care, consideration and love shown to my wife by the care team. She is very happy to be looked after by them and this takes a lot off my shoulders. Having started with evening visits to bathe and get her ready for bed, we now have a full morning visit too, which
enables me to get some unencumbered time to myself, which had been missing for many months.

I am delighted with the level of professionalism and care that has been shown to my mum - who has a daily carer from In Home Care - Basingstoke.
The whole process from initial conversations through to them attending daily has been both smooth and very professional.
In Home Care has provided an
excellent care plan that is meticulous in detail. They are extremely reliable and also very caring.
They are kind, fun and friendly every time they visit Mum and she very much enjoys seeing them on a daily basis.
In Home Care really do strive to provide personal care in a gentle and personalised manner - always ensuring to take the individual needs of the client into consideration.
In Home Care provide company and cook Mum a nice meal at lunchtime and help with general housework on a daily basis.
Their timekeeping is superb and we feel confident in their reliability.
In Home Care are excellent with communication and there are regular updates and reviews as part of their normal process. Well done!

Having contacted a few care providers to look for help and a care plan for my father-in-law, I was immediately impressed with the director and his team from the outset. Their level of understanding and compassion for our situation was excellent. The director was generous with his time to explain all
the options open to us, with clear attention to detail, empathy and left us in no doubt that they could provide a first-class solution for us. I would highly recommend the team at In Home Care - Basingstoke.

What a relief! We had a very complex care situation suddenly thrust upon us when my mother became ill. My parents do not live close to us but In Home Care was so understanding and immediately resolved our care issues in the short term. Then they came up with great economic suggestions and solutions
for the long term. We didn't have a clue what we needed to begin with but In Home Care was so helpful and compassionate while they helped us work out the way forward, worth every penny.
