The care provided for my friend of several years from this company has been outstanding. They take care and assist him with his daily needs, from food to cleaning for him, they always make sure he has all of his provisions and take him out regularly because of his disability, he hadn't been leaving
his home until the company helped assist with him having extra help. The ladies that help around the home know all his requirements, they are very pleasant, always willing to sort out whatever is needed, including washing up, clothing and all his bedding is taken care of. Very pleased with all aspects of care from the company.

This company had my uncle's care up until January of this year which I had to stop due to lack of care turning up late and changing times which messed up his medication, even to the point of me going in to cover because of no staff. I have records of this. Staff turning up with no PPE but turning up
with their own kids. I have videos of this amongst other things. So I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cusomized Community Support Ltd have helped out on several occasions in caring for my elderly mother. Management are very approachable and obliging in understanding our needs, supplying reliable, friendly, helpful and caring staff. Thank you.

Warning. Avoid at all costs! This provider sends in staff that are not trained or qualified to do the job. Vetting and reference checks are not completed before staff are sent into service user's premises. Staff attend without wearing uniforms or PPE. PPE has to be requested and isn't given
automatically to staff to use. Staff turn up without proper ID cards. Staff do not keep to specified agreed times and turn up as/when management sends them instead.
