My Father is in recovery from cancer treatment which meant he needs care first thing in the morning and in the evening each day.
The Carers are a huge help and have built a very nice relationship with my Father, and my Mother as well. This has given my Brother and I peace of mind in what has been a
difficult few months for our family.

Their staff are well trained and they provide top-notch quality service. Their staff are working hard and I never regret working with them. I feel so comfortable anytime they're working with me. I recommend them for anyone who wants home care.

I find my carer pleasant and helpful. He is very helpful (and brave to face my dog). He hasn't refused to do anything I ask him. He will go shopping for me if I wish.

The care my husband has received has been excellent. The carer is punctual, cheerful and calm. Also knowledgeable, considerate and very professional. She has empathy with my husband and his problems. Our contact with the manager of Priority Care has been excellent. They have been very helpful in
choice of carer to match my husband's needs.

If you have an elderly relative who needs a little help, I fully recommend Your Priority Healthcare, they are very caring, totally reliable members of staff.
The lady that visits my dad, makes him a cup of tea and does him something to eat, she tidies and cleans his kitchen, sorts his washing out,
etc.

My wife suffers from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, and the carer comes in for an hour every morning to get her up from bed, strip-wash her and dress her.
The service is splendid. The owner took the trouble to visit to ensure the compatibility of the carer and ourselves and has visited again since
to discuss the care plan that she had written for my wife.
We look forward to the carer's visits as she is warm and friendly as well as being efficient. She is genuinely interested in my wife's health and comfort.
Engaging Your Priority Healthcare has made our lives easier and safer and is a very sound investment.

The agency staff have been extremely professional in what has been a difficult situation and have given excellent care as far as my sister has allowed.
