The care we needed for my mum was sudden and unexpected as she fell and broke her arm. The arrangements made were immediate and efficiently dealt with. I have been so impressed with all the staff and how understanding they have been with the whole situation.

All the care we receive is excellent and since I fell and broke my arm it was organised very quickly to include help for me.

Can't rate them high enough.
Caring and professional
Very responsive to requests.
Very flexible when we have to change times to accommodate my Dad's changing needs
Arrive on time and stay full alloted time.
Messages or phones me when they have any
concerns.
Same carers most days.
Always introduce new carers to my Dad.
Definitely recommend.

Very happy with service and my relative is also. One member of staff is a lovely lady when we met and caring person and runs company well. Carers all lovely my relative said.

Very happy with service and carers all show dignity and respect to my day at all times. Would highly recommend company and the manager was very nice when we met today.

We have only had the service for a couple of weeks and so far everything is ok.

We have been extremely impressed by the care provided to our mum.
A particular member of staff is a very caring and compassionate lady who treats Mum with kindness and respect at every visit.
The visits have been on time every time and the mentioned staff member goes above and beyond to ensure Mum
is happy and safe.
Prospect Health Living Care have made us feel content with the difficult decision to introduce care into Mum's home. This particular staff member is a credit to the company.

Happy with the care provided to Mum. Both her and I built a strong relationship with her carer, and we are very happy with the service. A minor issue was dealt with satisfactorily and professionally. I was confident that Mum was in good hands and any feedback or issues would be fed back to me. I
would recommend Prospect Health to anyone requiring care.

On three occasions I met the carer, she was always pleasant and my Grandma liked her. I was happy to know Grandma was being looked after well.

The carer has been brilliant with my mother-in-law.
Timekeeping excellent with a very lovely nature. She makes my mother-in-law feel like 'she's looking out for me.'
If she finishes early she washes up the dishes from my mother-in-law's meals - very kind gesture.

Mum's care has been exemplary. Her carer is kind, considerate and very understanding. She clearly takes an interest in Mum's needs and addresses them with compassion. Her carer is always polite, reliable and professional. We can't thank her enough.

I have been receiving care in several ways for the past few weeks. The carer has always been punctual, polite, friendly and efficient. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. I will certainly continue to have her attending to my health problems and needs.

Punctual, friendly, chatty, caring and generally amazing. Carried out all daily tasks competently. Kept service user well cared for and entertained during the day both inside and outside the house. Would happily welcome the carer back again.

I have only just become aware of this company after searching for someone to do short visits to administer medication for my mum. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and professional. They are sensitive to my mum's needs and provide a much needed service. I would highly recommend them to
others. I know as my mum's needs increase in time, they will deliver the care that she requires.
