Just been tentatively planning what might be next for my mum-just diagnosed with dementia. The person who called me back Lisa simply exceeded all my expectations with her knowledge & genuine desire to help me make the right decisions & possibly save my mum some money too.

Promedica24 have been brilliant helping with my mother when we really needed help. She was having help twice a week initially but when she developed some health issues Promedica24 stepped in at very short notice to help us out. They continued to provide care and help when needed and are very
accommodating.

The manager, assistant manager and fantastic team of carers allowed my dad to spend his final months in his own home. We have received kindness and compassion from the whole team. Nothing was too much trouble and they treated him like he was their own family. I couldn't have got through it without
them.

I sourced Promedica 24 after my mother had a fall in December 2024. The contact source at their company was, and has been, fantastic. Always readily available, very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Right from the start everything has worked really well.

The manager and her team at Promedica 24 are fantastic. The care and compassion shown to my mum is wonderful and genuine.
Having had a company previously who didn't care, they literally just ticked the boxes, makes me feel lucky that the manager has now taken on mum's care package.

We are currently trying to navigate our way through Care home v care at home for my mother in-law.
For those of you who have been there you will know how stressful and confusing trying to do the right thing for your relative can be.
Particularly when social services are involved and put pressure
on you for a quick resolve.
So I am so grateful to the care consultant at Promedica24.co.uk. she was fantastic and explained clearly in words I understood the procedures we need to step through to ensure mum gets the right care in the right setting.
I would highly recommend the care consultant as she has extensive knowledge of care in different settings and relates information in a clear, precise and easy to understand manner.

I feel I am treated by the staff and management with respect dignity and privacy I am always asked if there is anything else needed. I did have an issue with one of the carers but that was dealt with efficiently and promptly by management.

Really happy with the service that I am getting, feels as though my opinions are listened to and actioned straight away mums relationship with the carers is strengthening and I feel really confident when I leave mum to go to work.

I used this company to collect me from hospital following an operation. The service I received was very professional and yet entirely personal. If I need to, I would certainly use this company in the future. I felt in very safe hands.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We have tried three companies in the past and we were disappointed with them all. Promedica24 has very friendly staff that look after my mum. They work very hard and do any jobs that need doing. Having a chat with Mum is also very important and the carers
always cheer her up.

Promedica24 provides my husband with a sitting service for 3 hours every 2 weeks.
This has been a great help to me. I now can go out without having to worry about my husband knowing he is being well cared for.

I am a fairly new client to this company and have had various carers visiting me.I am pleased the Blaby branch is becoming more established now and it's looking like I will have more regular carers 2/3 times per week. I appreciate all that the branch manager and care coordinator have done for me in
recent months and thank them all for their care and dedication. I hope they take on more carers, things will settle down for them.

Our experience with Promedica24 has been positive from the start. All carers have been very helpful and unfailingly cheerful. The setting-up process and all paperwork was clearly explained and my husband treated with the utmost respect.
