Lisa was so helpful on the phone. Finding care can be such an overwhelming process but Lisa explained all of the steps I needed to take and gave some great advice. She was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and gave personalised advice based on my grandmother's situation.

Promedica24 have been brilliant helping with my mother when we really needed help. She was having help twice a week initially but when she developed some health issues Promedica24 stepped in at very short notice to help us out. They continued to provide care and help when needed and are very accommodating.

The manager, assistant manager and fantastic team of carers allowed my dad to spend his final months in his own home. We have received kindness and compassion from the whole team. Nothing was too much trouble and they treated him like he was their own family. I couldn't have got through it without them.

For those of you who have been there you will know how stressful and confusing trying to do the right thing for your relative can be.
Particularly when social services are involved and put pressure on you for a quick resolve.
So I am so grateful to the care consultant at Promedica24.co.uk. she was fantastic and explained clearly in words I understood the procedures we need to step through to ensure mum gets the right care in the right setting.

I feel I am treated by the staff and management with respect dignity and privacy I am always asked if there is anything else needed. I did have an issue with one of the carers but that was dealt with efficiently and promptly by management.

We cannot thank the staff and their great manager for the care and attention they gave our mother in her last few months. I am a fairly new client to this company and have had various carers visiting me.I am pleased the Blaby branch is becoming more established now and it's looking like I will have more regular carers 2/3 times per week.
