Your company do not tell me what, as the carer for my husband, if there is a change to carers coming. Do not seem to include me in anything being changed. I do not get a list of carers coming and at what time, when I do get a list it’s halfway through the week. Mostly I have to phone to know who is
coming and at what time.

Experience with this service so far is brilliant. We are very grateful for the communication from the care provider, giving compassion and respect toward the client and giving consistent updates to family regarding visits, progress and any concerns. The staff involved are a friendly, supportive
presence and have engaged well with what can sometimes be tender situations. The ability to build a relationship with people is crucial and I can certainly tell the difference they have helped make with the little time they have been providing the service. Really appreciate the contact from the care supervisor which is attentive and reassuring, it gives the sense the people here genuinely care about the people they interact with, so thank you.

Our son age 40-ish qualifies for a personal assistant due to his mental health condition. It was very hard to find a care agency in Herefordshire and the first one we used was very poor and not mental health trained. Then Agincare came to our town and now provide him with 2 young ish men who are
mental health trained and very engaging - so he is now very happy to have a personal assistant and is doing all kinds of things with them to enhance his life. As parents, we are delighted with Agincare's service, professionalism and care. We highly recommend them!

We were hugely grateful when Agincare stepped in to provide care in my parents' home, at a time when we were starting to think we would never find a provider with any spare capacity. Dealing with the area care supervisor and the care co-ordinator was easy and they were so helpful. Whenever we have
needed extra cover or needed to ask for something to be changed, they have been obliging and have made every effort to meet our needs.
