We needed to start carers for my Mum from January this year and after phoning several agencies we got a really good feeling about Forget-Me-Not agency. How lucky were we that they agreed to represent us. They are the most professional and caring team we could wish for. Their support to not only my Mum but the whole family has been amazing. If there is a problem they come up with a solution and only want what is best for their clients. I can not praise or recommend them enough, they are truly the best you could ever wish for x

When you're left a single woman after over twenty nine years of marriage, you do not realise the obstacles that life throws at you. The simple jobs of housework are achievable, but jobs outside the home can be very difficult when physical and mental mountains have to be climbed. This is where Forget Me Not Care Providers are priceless. They give help while out of the home, and this gives one comfort and security, which we never thought about before old age. They provide a service which we can compare with family, to have two families is so comforting. Long live Forget Me Not Care Providers.

After losing my wife of over 40 years I began to wonder what can I do now or what shall I do now. It took me a couple of years to decide and it was a lady friend who had lost her husband and was in the same boat as me, she sugested we go to the Forget me not care providers, which we did and it changed our live completely for the better. We used to go to Dances go on outings and anything else that was going. Sadly I lost my friend and now on my own again. What can I do?

The Forget Me Not team started caring for my grandparents in December especially my grandmother and have been fantastic with her and really help my grandfather. They are both very special and needed just the right people. All of which the manager understood. More recently, they have help us as a family beyond belief after granddad took a fall. The manager and her girls have offered so much advise, comfort and support to us in turbulent waters. We hope for many more years of support and love from the girls. Thanks for everything you do! You are all amazing.

I asked Forget Me Not Care to support my mum initially while I was away on holiday. My mum has Alzheimer's and has had complex Epilepsy all my life. I'm her only child and I have never had any help in looking after my mum. The manager came to meet us and instantly I felt relieved and confident her help would make a massive difference to both my mums life and mine. My mum really looks forward to her visit and I feel so reassured that Forget Me Not Care understand exactly what my mum needs. Her future seems brighter with them involved. Thank you so much.

The manager and her team give a first class service to my elderly, disabled dad. Not only are they professional in knowing what his needs are they also take the time to make him feel comfortable with their friendly, caring approach. They have looked after him since March 24 and don't know what we would do without them, and give peace of mind to us and my dad that he is well looked after. Nothing is too much trouble, and cannot speak highly enough of this great team of carers.

The care manager is an angel, so understanding, caring nature and nothing too much trouble goes above and beyond. She cares for my daughter and she feels safe and cared for. This gives me peace of mind, with living away.

What I can say about the manager and her team of carers - is absolutely outstanding. The care they offer my auntie who can be quite difficult sometimes. Always on time and nothing is too much trouble for them to do even fetch her things if she asks for anything I've forgotten to get like a loaf of bread or coffee even bought her some socks. My auntie is very well looked after by these ladies which is a break for me at weekends, after I look after her all week. When I ask for extra cover when I go on holiday they are always able to cover. Would definitely recommend the manager and colleagues to anyone and have done without hesitation. Thank you for doing a great job.

Well, what can I say about her carer who I first met while she was caring for my auntie? I asked if she would start doing a job for my husband who has dementia she has been coming now for 6 weeks and I just wish I had employed her from the beginning she is so caring and nothing isn't any trouble she interacts with my husband and he looks forward to her visits anyone wanting a carer look no further and choose Forget Me Notcarers who are first class

Absolutely brilliant always on time, polite. Cares 1000% about Dad's care. Unlike other carer companies I used, I've sat and watched her taking great care of my 88-year-old dad, who with dementia, can be extremely difficult but she, with over thirty years of care experience, has no problems caring for him. If it weren't for Forget Me Not Care, Dad would have been in care months earlier as I'd got to the stage where I couldn't cope anymore. Forget Me Not Care, great prices, brilliant carers. Defiantly recommended. Don't bother looking around. Book them now, I would.

I have recently had the pleasure of meeting the manager and her team after they cared for my mum at home for a short period. Mum sadly had to go back into hospital, and is going into residential care. I without hesitation would recommend Forget Me Not Care, they are kind and caring, and down to earth, so approachable. They came immediately after contact to assess Mum's needs and we agreed to four visits a day, at times to suit. And the manager ensured Mum was comfortable and safe, which gave us great comfort. I can't thank them enough, and if Mum would have been able to return home, they are the team I choose. Don't hesitate to contact the manager for care for your loved one.

My friend, as a service user, was at a very vulnerable and frightening time in her life. The care and compassion she was given made her feel like she was still very much in control of her life, that she was, as always, not only important to her family and friends but also to the carers and the manager of this agency. You offered and gave a very strong and safe lifeline to not only my friend but to her family as well. Thank you so much for everything.

I’m so pleased I discovered the manager and her new care company Forget Me Not Care. From the very first meeting, I have found her to be friendly, informative and professional. She assessed my friend's needs showing compassion, understanding and appropriate light hearted humour. Our meeting was well documented showing excellent understanding of the caregiving procedure. My friend feels comfortable with the personal care he’s receiving and is grateful for her support, nothing is too much trouble. Although we have known her for only a short time, we feel confident she will guide and support us.
