The service we received was good and bad some of the carers were marvellous they would listen to my mother in laws needs and work with her and have a regular pattern when they arrived .
On a daily base they would keep to the same reteen and not rush to get out as quickly as possible.
Were offers
would rush to get out as quick as possible and would change the ruteen every time they came in .
As dementia need stability in it and needs to have a pattern and reteen and to work with the client .
And not to bring in human rights in to the clients home when showering you have to prompt the client and work with them in a sense you have to ve come a friend and build a bond with them and one lady upset her so much we had to change provider and now we have new providers on board marvellous.

I have had a charming girl looking after me she is kind efficient and extremely helpful. Thank you Dolorecare we hope to continue using your company in the future. This takes a lot of strain off my partner who is also elderly.

We have been using Delore Care since June 2023. We have been very impressed by the quality of care that has been provided. The carers are punctual, efficient, friendly yet professional with well-developed interpersonal skills. Offering a high standard of person-centred care they also demonstrate
flexibility when things need to change. As a family we are very grateful and would without hesitation recommend Delore Care to both friends and family.
