Currently Balmoral are the care providers for my mum and dad. My dad has various health conditions including epilepsy and vascular dementia. My mum has her own health conditions which became worse when she fell and broke her shoulder the beginning of January. Since then there has been 6 medication
errors in the space of 6 weeks. One of the male carers carried out an illegal manoeuvre to get my mum up off the floor after another fall (he since lied about this). This happened although my mum and dad have the community alarm in place so could have easily called for help. Because of the complaints I have made Balmoral have decided to withdraw their care from 18th March and social work do not know if another provider will be arranged in time for this ending.

i wanted to say how great the carers are with my mum very friendly and nothing is too much .. my mum could not get out of hospital till they could secure care at home for her we are so happy it was balmoral who took her on honestly deserve 5 stars and more

Dreadful. They will not clean the sink or the grill, there are 2 conjoined at the hip, food is undercooked or burnt, and clothing and towels are left damp.
