The care team are well organised. Very supportive and caring. Any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

My partner was well cared for by the team of Lending Hands. He looked forward to their visits three times a week for a wash as he had COPD, and struggled to do anything for himself. He also loved the chatting and the kindness of the team. He didn't feel rushed and they took their time to make him
feel comfortable. A very big thank you Lending Hands.

We are very satisfied with the care provided by Lending Hands In Care. The staff are professional and friendly. They take their time with my father, treating him with dignity and respect. The service provided is very good, reliable and reassuring. An excellent experience.

My aunt has been having Lending Hand in Care coming to her for some time now and is very happy with them. She considers them as friends. They are professional, friendly, consistently punctual and always have time to give the personal contact that the elderly need when they live alone.

I started having Lending Hands on the 6th of June following several spells in the hospital. I have a daily visit from Monday to Friday. The carers are very professional and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. I am treated with the utmost courtesy and dignity and everything I ask to be done is
carried out in a really friendly manner. My life is much improved and I am so grateful that I found such caring people who make a big difference to my care.
